Beloved Warrior
🙌 PTL, I have been trying to warn her family and church to get her pastor involved -- one is family too and suffers greatly from fear of man, Matt 10:28, which is a snare, Prov 29:25, and compromise as well, Gal 5:9, and also blocked me over a year ago, he's frequently given license to sin even condoning it, as The Lord prophesies to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and fulfilling it in 1 Sam 4:17-18... 🙌 PTL, I've been asking God raises up messengers with the sword of the Spirit, and thank You for a few stating they are willing to bring The Word of God to this situation, Heb 4:12, as He has throughout history we ask He does now, in this day, for this cause: Perchance she will repent, and 2 Tim 2:25, and so others be fearful of sinning, 1 Tim 5:20. Let them finish the work which they said they'd do with zeal, 2 Cor 8:11, not with negligence, Jer 48:10, in Jesus' Name. May it be done gently but firmly, because of the danger of sin and so she won't stop attending church, Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24.

I'm asking for prayers for her to be "hedged in with thorns," Ho 2:6-7, that she is not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and finally confessed adultery Ex 20:14, until finalization, and who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22), especially that she is delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters & the evil one himself...

Pray repentance -- That she will NOT become pregnant b/c of this, or get more diseases or filmed in the act anymore by imposters but more important, she would not use the grace of God for license for immorality, and deny our Only Lord and Master Jesus Christ, Jude 1:4. Please pray for her to repent and bear fruit in keeping with repentance, Matt 3:8, repent and return and receive God's refreshing and salvation, Acts 3:19 -- bad news, her one godly sister recently posted a disgustingly sensual dance of her teenage niece or daughter in short negligee -- I rebuked her sharply, Tit 1:13, they ALL need fear of God equating to hatred of evil, Prov 8:13.

Lastly I ask more wisdom, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, sin, deception, lies and evil for me, her, them and all of us, Matt 24:4, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Grace to proceed, Matt 6:10. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We stand together in fervent prayer and intercession for this deeply troubling situation, lifting it before the throne of grace with hearts burdened by the weight of sin and its consequences. The Lord sees all and knows the hearts of those involved, and we cry out for His mercy, conviction, and redemption in this hour.

First, we recognize the urgency of following Christ’s command in Matthew 18:15-17 when sin is present in the body of believers. The failure of the church and family to address this matter with biblical authority is grievous, for Scripture warns, "If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life for those who sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death. I don’t say that he should make a request concerning this" (1 John 5:16). The silence and fear of man (Proverbs 29:25) have allowed sin to fester, and we must rebuke this compromise in the name of Jesus. The Lord Himself declares, "Those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me will be lightly esteemed" (1 Samuel 2:30). We pray the church rises with holy boldness, wielding the sword of the Spirit (Hebrews 4:12) to expose and correct this sin, not with harshness but with the love that "does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth" (1 Corinthians 13:6).

The adultery confessed here is a direct violation of God’s holy commandment (Exodus 20:14) and a grievous wound to the sanctity of marriage. We cry out for the hedge of thorns (Hosea 2:6-7) to be placed around this sister in Christ, that she may be shielded from further temptation and the snares of the evil one. Online dating, which often leads to emotional and physical unfaithfulness (Matthew 5:28), must be cut off entirely. We pray for her deliverance from the deception of "evil men and impostors [who] will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived" (2 Timothy 3:13). May the Lord grant her repentance that leads to life (2 Timothy 2:25-26), for without it, the consequences of sin, disease, shame, and separation from God, will only multiply (Romans 6:23).

The misuse of God’s grace as a license for immorality is a dangerous perversion, for Jude warns, "Certain men have crept in unnoticed... ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lewdness and denying the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ" (Jude 1:4). We rebuke this deception in Jesus’ name and pray she turns from every form of sexual immorality, remembering that "the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body" (1 Corinthians 6:13). May she bear the fruit of repentance (Matthew 3:8) and walk in the freedom of holiness, for "without holiness no one will see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14).

We also lift up the broader spiritual decay observed, such as the sensual display shared by her godly sister. The lack of discernment and fear of the Lord in such matters is alarming, for "the fear of the Lord is to hate evil" (Proverbs 8:13). We rebuke this carelessness and pray for a revival of godly wisdom, that families would raise their children in the "training and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4) and not in the ways of the world. May the Lord grant conviction where there is complacency and repentance where there is sin.

For you, dear intercessor, we pray for wisdom, clarity, and inner healing as you stand in the gap. The Lord promises, "I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds" (Jeremiah 30:17). May He strengthen you for the spiritual battle, for "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). We ask for protection over your mind and heart, that you would not grow weary in well-doing (Galatians 6:9) but would walk in the fullness of the Spirit’s power.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieving over the sin that has taken root in Your church and among Your people. We ask for Your mercy to fall upon this sister, that she would be hedged in with thorns and unable to pursue further ungodliness. Convict her heart, O Lord, by the power of Your Holy Spirit (John 16:8), and grant her repentance that leads to salvation (2 Corinthians 7:10). Break the chains of deception and deliver her from the evil one, for You are faithful to "sanctify and keep [her] from the evil one" (John 17:15).

We pray for the church and family to rise up with holy boldness, no longer fearing man but fearing You alone. Give them the courage to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and to restore this one gently (Galatians 6:1). May they not grow weary in doing good, but may they finish the work You have called them to with zeal and faithfulness (2 Corinthians 8:11).

Lord, we ask for a revival of godly fear and discernment in the body of Christ. Expose every hidden sin, every compromise, and every deception, that Your people may walk in purity and truth. Heal the wounds of those who have been hurt by this sin, and restore what has been broken. Grant wisdom to those who intercede, and let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

We thank You, Father, that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May this sister turn back to You, receive Your forgiveness, and walk in the newness of life (Romans 6:4). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We’ve been sitting with your request and feel the weight of it, the heavy load you’ve carried in prayer, the longing to see this woman turn from destruction, the frustration with those who won’t act, and your own deep need for refreshment and clarity. Thank you for letting us share in this with you.

When we’ve poured ourselves out in intercession for a long stretch, it’s easy to slip into the feeling that everything depends on our prayers and our efforts. But the truth is, the battle belongs to the Lord. Your faithfulness means a great deal to Him, and your weariness doesn’t go unnoticed. We’re reminded that Jesus invites those who are weary and burdened to come to Him for rest. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for someone else is to let God carry us while we continue to trust Him with them.

You mentioned a desire for inner healing and strength to fast again. Those are gifts God loves to give, but they often come not through striving but by letting ourselves be loved. Right now, it may be most important to receive from Him, to sit quietly in His presence and let His peace settle the noise in your heart and mind. Your own soul needs tending, and that is not a distraction from the urgent prayer needs; it is part of your sustaining.

We’ll keep asking with you that God will block her path, protect you all from evil, and bring about genuine repentance. We also pray you find a safe person or two with whom you can share this burden face-to-face, so you’re not holding it alone. Knowing someone else is praying with you can be a deep comfort.

Father, thank You for our friend’s steadfast heart. Please guard them from burnout and discouragement. Grant the wisdom and clarity they long for, and begin a quiet work of inner healing where they’ve been bruised. For the woman caught in sin, we ask for a hedge that prevents further harm, and for Your kindness to lead her to repentance. Protect everyone involved from the evil one. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You do well to be urgently burdened for this wandering soul, but see that your own heart is kept in tenderness while you wield the sword of the Spirit. The hedge of thorns for which you plead is a sharp but merciful fence, God often builds it with the very sorrows that flow from sin, that the wayward may come to themselves and cry out for the Father’s house. Yet remember, the slothful man’s way is a hedge of thorns blocking him from heaven, but the righteous man’s way is made plain by faith. Pray that she may see her present path as full of briers she has planted, and that the Holy Spirit would work in her that repentance which is not the mere terror of judgment, but a true hatred of sin because it dishonors Christ.

Take heed that your zeal does not become a snare of its own. You have rebuked sharply, and there is a time for that, but let it be with tears and a broken spirit, lest you yourself be overtaken in a fault. The fear of man is a snare, but so is a harsh censoriousness that forgets we are all debtors to grace. Pray much, speak little where the ear is closed, and trust God to send laborers into this tangled field. The lilies among thorns are often kept safest by those very afflictions, they are a fence against goats that would devour young graces. The church itself often has its own thorns, but the Chief Shepherd knows how to extricate His own with lacerated hands, even as His brow was crowned with thorns for us.

As for inner healing, there is but one Physician for the wounds sin has made. Isaiah’s picture of the body full of wounds and bruises is a true portrait of us all until the great Samaritan pours in oil and wine. Plead the twenty-third Psalm over her and over yourself: He restores the soul, He leads in paths of righteousness. When you seek clarity and strength to fast, remember that true fasting is a humbling of the soul before God, not merely an abstinence. And whatever comes of this present distress, whether she repents or not, keep your own garment unspotted and your testimony faithful, leaving the issue with Him who is able to make even the thorns of life minister to our profit. Grace to proceed indeed, not in impatience, but in a quiet confidence that the Lord reigns.

"The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." (James 5:16)
Praying with you, may the Lord great power, produce wonderful results, move mountains for your good, for His glory. Thanking Him in advance in Jesus Name Amen.
