🙇🏻 Church would be warned and warns female spouse Mt18:16-17 Lk17:3 Lv19:17 Ezk3:18, family also warns Gal 6:1. Practicing immorality excludes from kingdom 1Cor6:9 Rev21:8 Gal5:19-20, New Testament forewarns exclusion from entrance into kingdom of God, Gal5:21...🧎🏽‍♂️Father, we're concerned but praying, as it is written, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus," Phil 4:6-7. Jesus said Mt 6:13 pray for others "Lead US not into temptation but deliver us from evil," -- Thank You it's plural -- i.e., we pray for each other Eph 6:18. Prevent sin, Mt 18:6: let her take down her online profiles to protect her from sin, "But the... sexually immoral... and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death” Rev 21:8. Let it come down to keep her from evil men, 2 Thes 3:2 for evil men and imposters proceed from bad to worst (in the last days) 2 Tim 3:13.

🙇🏻 We still believe the kindness of God leads us to repentance Rom 2:4, but we know those You rebuke and discipline those You love so they are zealous and repent, Rev 3:19, and keep "little ones from stumbling" Matt 18:6, so WE now ask The Church obeys Jesus and "open rebuke" Luke 17:3, "Watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him." And, "If they don't listen to you (Matt 18:15, which she has not), bring along 2 or 3 others (Matt 18:16, which we did with our home group leaders, and she left the next day), if the person does not hear them, bring it to the church, Matt 18:17... Leviticus 19:17, Ezekiel 3:18-19, Prov 24:11-12

🙏 Knowing her disposition, deception and hardness of heart, we thank You this request and its follow through has been and must still be mingled with prayer, fasting and intense mercy, yet not so as to lose the stern frankness and danger to herself and others by continuing in immorality at all, especially while married, Rom 7:2-3, 1 Cor 6:9-10, Rev 2:20, Rev 3:19, Rev 21:8 -- and by endangering the child and softening his moral stance, Matt 18:6, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, Rev 18:21. Galatians 6:1 "Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual should restore him with a spirit of gentleness. But watch yourself, or you also may be tempted." Thank You in for hearing prayer in Your will, and when You hear, we have the requests, 1 Jn 5:14-15, in Jesus' Name, the male spouse.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with earnest prayer and deep concern for the spiritual well-being of this marriage, the family, and especially the little one who must not be led into stumbling. Father, we know Your heart breaks over sin, but Your love compels us to speak truth in love, even when it is difficult. We stand on Your Word, which commands us to confront sin with the hope of repentance and restoration, yet always with the understanding that judgment begins in the house of God (1 Peter 4:17).

Lord, we have followed the steps You outlined in Matthew 18:15-17, first approaching her privately, then with witnesses, and now bringing this before the church as You have instructed. We have warned her in love, as Ezekiel 3:18-19 commands, so that her blood would not be on our hands if she refuses to turn from her sin. Yet, we also recognize the hardness of heart that can come with deception, and we pray that You would shatter the lies she has believed. "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9). Only You, Lord, can soften a hardened heart and lead her to repentance.

We are grieved by the immorality that has taken root in this marriage, for Your Word is clear: "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). Sexual sin is not a light matter, Lord, and we pray that she would see the danger of continuing in it. Adultery defiles the marriage covenant, which You designed to reflect Christ’s love for the church (Ephesians 5:31-32). We ask that You would convict her of this sin and lead her to true repentance, not just sorrow for being caught, but a turning away from the sin itself.

We also lift up the husband in this situation, Lord. He has sought to follow Your commands in addressing this sin, and we pray that You would strengthen him, give him wisdom, and guard his heart from bitterness or despair. Help him to love his wife as Christ loves the church, even in this painful season, and to trust You for the outcome. "Love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8), but love also does not ignore sin when it is destroying a marriage and a family.

Father, we are deeply concerned for the child in this home. Jesus warned us severely, "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea" (Mark 9:42). We pray that this child would not be led into moral confusion or stumbling by the actions of his mother. Protect his heart, Lord, and surround him with godly influences who will point him to You.

We also ask that You would move in the heart of this wife to remove any online profiles or connections that are leading her into temptation. The internet can be a snare for those who are not vigilant, and we pray that You would cut off every avenue that leads her away from You. "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). Help her to see the danger and to take drastic steps to protect herself and her family.

Lord, we know that Your kindness leads to repentance (Romans 2:4), and we pray that she would experience Your kindness in a way that draws her back to You. But we also know that You discipline those You love (Revelation 3:19), and we ask that if she will not listen to the church, that You would bring whatever discipline is necessary to wake her from her deception. We do not take joy in this, Lord, but we know that sometimes the most loving thing we can do is to warn someone of the danger they are in.

We also pray for the church, Lord. Help us to be faithful in speaking the truth in love, even when it is unpopular or difficult. Give us the courage to confront sin as You have commanded, but also the compassion to restore those who repent. "Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted" (Galatians 6:1). May we never grow weary in doing good, even when the response is resistance or rejection.

Finally, Lord, we pray for reconciliation if it is Your will. We know that nothing is impossible for You, and we ask that You would restore this marriage if it aligns with Your purposes. But we also know that reconciliation must be built on truth and repentance, not on the continuation of sin. Help this husband to stand firm in Your truth while also extending grace, just as Christ has extended grace to us.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through His blood that we have access to You, Father, and it is only by His power that hearts are changed. We trust in You, Lord, and we ask that You would move in this situation for Your glory and the good of all involved. May Your will be done, and may Your name be praised. Amen.

We’re standing with you in this heavy moment, lifting this marriage and this precious little one up to the Lord with tears and pleading hearts. We see the pain of a spouse who’s been faithful to step into this difficult role, and we pray that God would give him strength to keep going, not just for himself, but so this child never has to witness the destruction of a home built on ungodliness.

Lord, we know You’re not surprised by this situation, but You are grieved by the deception that’s taken root. We pray You’d reveal the lies this wife has believed about her worth, her marriage, and her purpose. Break the strongholds, Father, show her the truth that she’s been sold on by the world. And if she’s still in denial, we ask You to soften her heart even now, so that when the church speaks the truth in love, she’d hear it, not as accusation, but as the voice of someone who loves her enough to warn her.

We also pray for this husband. He’s been walking through this with courage, but we see the weight on his shoulders. Give him patience, Lord. Give him the kind of love that doesn’t just endure but overcomes, love that looks like Jesus, who didn’t run from the cross but carried it for us. And if this marriage doesn’t turn out as he hopes, help him to trust You in the aftermath.

For this child, we’re pleading with You to protect their innocence. Keep them from seeing their mother’s sin as normal or acceptable. Surround them with godly examples, and if they ask questions, give their parents wisdom to answer them with grace and truth.

And Lord, we’re asking You to move in this wife’s life in a way that’s undeniable. If she’s still connected to online platforms that lead her into temptation, we pray You’d give her the courage to cut those ties, now, before she stumbles further. Show her the fire she’s playing with, and give her a way out.

We don’t know what Your will is for this marriage, but we trust You. If reconciliation is possible, we ask for it, but only on Your terms, not ours. And if it’s not, we pray for healing for all involved. Either way, we want Your glory to be revealed, and Your name to be praised.

In Jesus’ name, we stand with you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We continue to lift this heavy burden before the Lord with you, standing in agreement as Scripture commands. It is a sacred privilege to intercede for this situation, where the call to holy correction and the plea for repentance weigh so heavily on your hearts. We have prayed earnestly that the church would faithfully follow Christ’s instruction in Matthew 18 and Luke 17, that the warning given would not be ignored but would pierce through hardness of heart with the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

We have asked the Lord to guard every step of this process, that His kindness would lead to repentance as Romans 2:4 declares, yet that His discipline would also be felt by those He loves, as Revelation 3:19 reveals. We have pleaded for the protection of the innocent, especially the child, that no stumbling block would be placed before him, and that the truth would prevail in love and firmness. We have asked that online profiles and any avenue leading to temptation would be removed, shielding her from the snares of evil men and the progression of sin that 2 Timothy 3 warns against.

We have also prayed that your family’s warnings, given in love and urgency, would not be dismissed, but that the Lord would use them to awaken a godly sorrow that leads to life. We have asked Him to soften hearts, to break deception, and to bring about a repentance that is genuine and lasting, so that what is at stake—the exclusion from the kingdom of God for unrepentant immorality—would be avoided, and that restoration would come through the grace of Christ.

If the Lord has moved in response to these prayers, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report, that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness. If the answer is not yet clear, or if the battle continues, we invite you to post this request again, that we may persist in prayer alongside you, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, continue to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May His mercy and justice prevail in this situation, and may His name be glorified in the outcome. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
