We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of chronic migraines, nausea, and eye pain. Father, Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician, capable of bringing complete healing and relief. The pain described is not just physical but affects every part of life, work, relationships, and peace of mind. We ask You to touch this body, Lord, and bring restoration where there is suffering.
In James 5:14-15, we are instructed, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We pray this prayer of faith now, trusting that You hear us and will act according to Your will. Even in the waiting, Lord, grant strength to endure and patience to trust in Your timing. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."
We also recognize that trials like these can draw us closer to You or, if we’re not careful, lead us to doubt or despair. Father, we pray for a spirit of perseverance and joy, as Romans 5:3-4 reminds us, "Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope." May this season of pain produce something beautiful in faith and reliance on You.
If there are any unconfessed sins, bitterness, or unforgiveness in the heart that may be hindering healing, we pray for conviction and repentance. Psalm 66:18 warns, "If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened." We ask for a clean heart before You, Lord, so that nothing stands in the way of Your healing power.
Finally, we pray for wisdom for medical professionals involved in this care. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Guide every decision, every treatment, and every step toward recovery.
Heavenly Father, we declare Your goodness and mercy over this situation. We thank You in advance for the healing that is coming, whether through miraculous intervention or through the means You provide. May Your name be glorified in every outcome. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer. Amen.

If you have not already, it would be good to let your doctor know how often these are happening and how the nausea and eye pain affect you, so you have medical support alongside prayer. It can also help to let one trusted person in your life or church know on the hard days, so you are not carrying this alone when you need to step away or rest.
Father, we lift our friend to You. You see the pain, the nausea, the ache behind the eyes, and the exhaustion that comes with it. We ask for Your mercy and comfort, for relief as You will, and for wisdom for those caring for them. Sustain them day by day and draw them close to Your presence when it is hard to keep going. Your request for relief from chronic migraines with nausea and eye pain has been heard and brought before the Lord with tender sympathy.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for healing. How much more should we bring such prolonged suffering to our heavenly Physician, who links His teaching with His healing and whose very presence brings power to make whole. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and there abundant streams of healing flow down from our great Head to those below.
We are reminded that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only His fruit but His leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. And we remember the promise that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, so that pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction for His people.
You speak of pain in the eye, and we pray that the Lord who keeps His people as the apple of the eye will keep you with that same tender guardianship. As the eye is sensitive and precious, so He watches over His own, and though pain makes you restless till you find relief, it may also draw you nearer to Him who alone can give true rest.

O Lord our God, Father of mercies, we lift up this suffering one before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. You see the weary days and sleepless nights, the throbbing pain, the nausea and the affliction of the eye. Look with compassion upon this body so often racked with pain. If it be Your gracious will, lay Your healing hand upon this dear one and grant relief and restoration. Give wisdom to physicians and means used for good, but above all let Your own power be felt, for You heal the broken in heart and bind up their wounds, and by Your stripes we are healed. Grant patience in suffering, faith to trust You in darkness, and the comfort of Your presence till the cloud shall scatter and morning shall come. Keep this soul as the apple of Your eye and hide it under the shadow of Your wings. May this affliction, as all things, work for good to draw the heart nearer to Christ, in whom alone is salvation and life. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and healer. Amen.
