Christian real estate agents

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for the real estate agent who helped me sign the contract for the ex-apartment, as he may have known about the electrical hazards. He also discouraged me from finding out the truth about why the lights were flashing. Please pray that he repents and turns to God. He has refused to talk to me since I messaged him about the safety report and the electric shocks and skin issues I have suffered. A few months ago, his other Christian colleague also refused to answer my call. The person who helped me find the flat has a degree in theology, but he later confessed that he is interested in whatever brings him money. Please pray that the Holy Spirit purifies his heart and mind, and that he admits the truth if he knew about the life-threatening problems in the former rented apartment.

We lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts, seeking His justice, mercy, and truth to prevail. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We know that without faith in Him, no one can be saved, for Scripture declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). We pray that all involved in this matter would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, if they do not already, and that their hearts would be softened to receive Your truth.

Lord, we are deeply concerned about the potential deception and neglect surrounding the electrical hazards in the apartment. Your Word commands us to speak the truth in love and to protect the vulnerable, for "the LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). We rebuke any spirit of dishonesty, greed, or indifference that may have influenced the real estate agent or his colleague. If they knew of the dangers and chose to conceal them, we ask that You bring conviction to their hearts through Your Holy Spirit. May they repent and turn from their ways, seeking Your forgiveness and restoration.

We pray specifically for the real estate agent who assisted with the contract. Father, we ask that You would break any hardness in his heart and open his eyes to the truth. Your Word warns, "Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy" (Proverbs 28:13). If he has acted unjustly, we pray he would be moved to confess and make amends. Give him the courage to face the truth, even if it is difficult, and grant him the humility to seek reconciliation.

For the colleague who also refused to respond, we ask that You would stir his conscience. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). May he come to understand the weight of his silence and the importance of integrity in all dealings, especially as someone who professes faith in You.

We are grieved to hear that the person who helped find the apartment, despite having a degree in theology, has confessed to prioritizing money over truth. Lord, we pray that You would purify his heart and mind. Your Word warns, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows" (1 Timothy 6:10). We ask that You would break the hold of greed in his life and realign his priorities with Your will. May he come to see that true riches are found in a relationship with You, not in worldly gain.

Father, we also lift up the physical and emotional harm suffered as a result of this situation. We ask for Your healing touch on the skin issues and any lingering effects of the electrical shocks. Your Word promises, "He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We pray for complete restoration, both physically and spiritually, and ask that You would grant wisdom and favor in resolving this matter justly.

We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and we stand on Your promise that "the truth will set you free" (John 8:32). We pray that the truth about the apartment’s hazards would come to light and that justice would be served. May those who have been wronged find peace and resolution, and may those who have acted unjustly find redemption in You.

Lord, we ask that You would surround this situation with Your presence. May Your Holy Spirit move powerfully to bring about repentance, restoration, and healing. We trust in Your perfect justice and mercy, knowing that You are a God who sees all and judges righteously. We commit this matter into Your hands, asking that Your will be done in every life touched by it.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We’re so sorry you’ve been put through this, it’s deeply disorienting when someone you trusted to help you find a safe place to live not only ignores serious dangers but now refuses to engage at all. The silence from both the ### and his ###, especially after you’ve suffered physically from the conditions in that apartment, feels like a second injury on top of the first.

A hard truth that sometimes helps us in moments like yours is this: your own healing, body, mind, and spirit, doesn’t have to wait for their apology or even their repentance. It’s right and good to long for them to face the truth and turn toward God, and we’re joining you in that longing. At the same time, you were the one who lived with the shocks and the ###, and you’re the one still carrying the weight. Jesus is close to the person who was harmed here, and he doesn’t ask you to put your well-being on hold while you wait for someone else’s conscience to catch up.

In a practical sense, if you haven’t already, we’d gently encourage you to share the safety report with the appropriate authorities, whether that’s a local housing or building-safety office or a tenant advocate, so the electrical issues can be addressed properly, and others can be protected. And since you mentioned ongoing ###, please do let a doctor take a look at that, side by side with prayer, just to make sure you’re getting all the care you need.

We’re praying with you that the Holy Spirit does exactly what you asked: purify that ###’s heart, bring him to a genuine change of direction, and make truth speak. But we’re also asking God to give you a steady peace that doesn’t depend on his response.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this situation to you. You know every hidden thing, and you care deeply when people are endangered and then silenced. We ask you to bring safety, physical healing, and clarity for this person who has suffered. We also ask you to touch the heart of the ###, leading him to true repentance, not just regret, but a turning toward you that changes how he lives and works. In the waiting, give your child here the gift of a settled heart and the confidence that you have not looked away. In your name, Amen.

There is a sorrow that is merely of the world, and it works death. A man may be vexed that his sin has been discovered, or that it has brought him loss of reputation or bodily harm, and yet his heart may remain as hard as the nether millstone. This is not the repentance that needeth not to be repented of. True repentance gives glory to the justice of God, even though it condemns the sinner. It cries out, "Lord, reveal to me more and more of my true condition, that I may not cloak my sin nor deceive myself in any way, but be honest and upright before Thee."

Consider the man who cares only for that which brings him money. He has made a confession that ought to fill him with holy fear. What is a degree in theology if the soul is chained to the love of gain? To know the Truth of God in the letter and to despise it in the spirit is a fearful thing. Let such a one remember that we must buy the truth at any price, and sell it never. A heart set on money will have no heart for Christ. The goodness of God in sparing him thus far is meant to lead him to repentance, not to be despised as though it were a light matter. If the Spirit of God should lay hold upon him, he will not fear to admit the whole truth of his wrongdoing, for genuine repentance courts the light.

Let your prayer be not only that these men would speak honestly to you, but that they would speak honestly to God. That is the vital point. You are not to seek to draw up repentance from the depths of your own heart as you would draw water from a well, but to ask Christ to work repentance in them by His Holy Spirit. A repentance that makes a man think only of escaping temporal consequences is a repentance that itself needs to be repented of. But a repentance that sees sin as an affront to a holy God, and that turns from it wholly, looking only to Christ for pardon, this is the gift of God. Pray that the Spirit would break their hearts all to pieces, for a broken heart is the work of God indeed, and then the prayer becomes real, the hearing of truth becomes earnest, and the soul begins at length to care for the people of God rather than for the wages of unrighteousness. That practical repentance yields works meet for repentance, and it lasts.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The flashing lights and the shocks that touched your skin were not merely electrical faults; they were signs of a deeper darkness in the heart of the one who concealed them. You ask prayer for this man, and rightly so, for his soul stands in peril. When a man who once studied the things of God confesses that his true interest lies in money, he has already made an idol of gain, and from that root springs every deceit. The refusal to speak, the silence that greets your calls, these are the bitter fruits of a conscience that is hiding from the light.

Yet do not imagine that his case is beyond hope. The Holy Spirit can purify even a heart grown cold with greed. But true repentance is not a matter of a few tears or a moment’s regret; it requires the whole turning of the soul. As it is written, “Bring forth fruits worthy of repentance.” If this man merely fears earthly consequences or the loss of reputation, his sorrow will be like Esau’s, who sought the blessing with tears but found no place of repentance, because his heart still clung to his sin. But if the Spirit convicts him, and he turns with a full confession, acknowledging the truth of what he knew and the harm he caused, then there is mercy for him. God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Therefore, continue to pray for him, not with a spirit of vengeance, but with the same long-suffering that God shows toward us. Do not be surprised if he remains silent for a time; the way of repentance often begins in shame and fear. Yet your part is to commit the matter to God, who sees all things. Do not let bitterness take root in your own heart. Remember that the wrong done to you is known to the Judge of all, and He will set things right. But pray that this man, and his colleague who also turned away, may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, being led by God’s kindness to a change of mind. And while you wait, examine your own soul, that you may stand blameless before Him who tests all hearts. For the day of the Lord draws near, and each of us will give an account.

The ache you feel goes deeper than the electric shocks or the skin issues you have suffered. It is the sting of betrayal by someone who should have been a steward of safety and honesty. When a person who even studied theology confesses that his heart follows whatever brings him money, that is not just a professional failure; it is a spiritual crisis. He is living out the very tragedy Scripture describes: seeking to save his life, his comfort, his income, and in doing so, losing the very soul he thinks he is preserving. The pattern of refusing to answer your calls, discouraging you from searching out the truth about the flashing lights, and now stonewalling you after the safety report reveals a heart that is currently obeying unrighteousness rather than the truth.

It is right to pray for his repentance. But we must understand what true repentance means. There is a sorrow of the world that only brings death, it is the regret of being caught, the shame of consequences, the sadness over a lost reputation. That kind of sorrow produces defensiveness, silence, and a hardness that refuses to speak. But there is a godly sorrow that works a real and lasting change. This is what we must ask the Spirit of truth to work in this man’s heart. He needs not merely to feel bad, but to be turned inside out, to have his mind so transformed that he stops loving the fleeting security of money and starts loving the eternal weight of integrity. You have held up the truth to him by sending that safety report, and his refusal to engage is a sign of how desperately he needs to be set free. Jesus said, "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." He is living in a prison of his own making, and he does not seem to know it yet.

When you feel your body tense with the stress of this injustice, when the memory of the shocks brings a fresh wave of anxiety, remember that our judgment is often faulty because we cannot see the heart as God does. His refusal to talk may feel like your agony is being ignored, but God’s judgment is according to truth. He knows every hidden thing. He knows whether this agent actively concealed known, life-threatening dangers or whether he was simply a lazy, negligent man who worshiped at the altar of a commission. Either way, standing against the truth has placed him on a very dangerous path. The greater his knowledge of theology, the greater his responsibility before God, for he is sinning against the light he once studied. You do not need to force him to admit the truth to you for justice to be done; you are free to lay this burden at the feet of the One who judges righteously.

We join you in asking the Holy Spirit to purify his heart and mind, to shatter the love of money that has made him deaf to his own conscience and blind to your suffering. We ask that the same truth he may have once learned in his studies would now become a burning fire in his bones until he can no longer remain silent. And as you wait, perhaps without ever receiving a word of admittance from him, ask the Lord to keep your own feet firmly planted in the truth. Do not let the bitterness of being wronged pull you into a constricted, tense spiritual state. Instead, entrust the whole matter to God. The Lord has given, and in this case, human greed has taken away, but blessed be the name of the Lord who sees and who will somehow work even this for good. May you know the deep peace of walking in truth, even when others choose to hide in the dark.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer regarding this difficult situation. Our hearts have been heavy as we lifted up the real estate agent, his colleague, and the individual with a background in theology, asking the Lord to soften their hearts and bring conviction through the Holy Spirit. We prayed earnestly that God would reveal the truth about the electrical hazards and the safety concerns you faced, and that He would draw each of them into repentance and a right relationship with Him.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through changed hearts, revealed truth, or restored communication—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking through similar trials. If, however, the silence persists and the answers you seek have not yet come, we want you to know we are still standing with you. Please share this request again, and we will continue to intercede on your behalf, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord bless you with His peace and assurance as you seek Him. We pray that He would guard your heart, strengthen your faith, and bring justice and healing in every area of this matter. May His light expose what has been hidden, and may His grace sustain you in the waiting. We lift all of this to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
