Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for the real estate agent who helped me sign the contract for the ex-apartment, as he may have known about the electrical hazards. He also discouraged me from finding out the truth about why the lights were flashing. Please pray that he repents and turns to God. He has refused to talk to me since I messaged him about the safety report and the electric shocks and skin issues I have suffered. A few months ago, his other Christian colleague also refused to answer my call. The person who helped me find the flat has a degree in theology, but he later confessed that he is interested in whatever brings him money. Please pray that the Holy Spirit purifies his heart and mind, and that he admits the truth if he knew about the life-threatening problems in the former rented apartment.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in prayer, for we see a great need for truth, integrity, and repentance in the lives of those involved. Father God, we know that You desire honesty and righteousness in all dealings, for Your Word declares, "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22). We pray that You would convict the hearts of those who may have withheld the truth or acted in ways that endangered others, not out of malice but out of a desire for Your justice and mercy to prevail.

Lord, we lift up the real estate agent who assisted in this transaction. We ask that You would break through any hardness of heart and bring him to a place of repentance. If he knew of the electrical hazards and failed to disclose them, we pray that the Holy Spirit would weigh heavily upon his conscience. Your Word warns, "Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy" (Proverbs 28:13). May he come to see the gravity of his actions and turn to You in humility, seeking forgiveness and restoration.

We also pray for the colleague who refused to answer your call. Father, we do not know the reasons behind his silence, but we ask that You would soften his heart and open his ears to the prompting of Your Spirit. If there is fear, pride, or guilt holding him back, we ask that You would remove those barriers and replace them with a desire to walk in integrity. Let him not be swayed by the love of money or the pressures of this world, for "the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil" (1 Timothy 6:10). May he choose to honor You above all else.

For the one with a degree in theology who confessed his pursuit of money over godly principles, we pray for a transformation of heart. Lord, we know that knowledge alone does not save, it is a heart surrendered to You that brings true change. We ask that You would purify his heart and mind, aligning his desires with Yours. May he come to understand that "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" (Mark 8:36). Let him seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto him (Matthew 6:33).

Father, we also lift up the one who has suffered because of these circumstances. We ask that You would bring healing to their body, mind, and spirit. If there is fear, frustration, or anger, we pray that You would replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them wisdom as they navigate this situation, and surround them with godly counsel and support. May they find comfort in Your promise that "You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in Your bottle. You have recorded each one in Your book" (Psalm 56:8).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of deception, greed, or fear that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your truth will prevail and that those who have acted unjustly will be brought to account, not only before men but before You. We pray that they would come to know the freedom that comes from walking in the light, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We trust in Your justice, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We hear the weight of what you've been carrying, not just the physical harm and confusion from those electrical issues, but the sting of being met with silence when you reached out. It's painful when someone who helped you, even someone with theological training, seems to have put money above integrity.

If you haven't already, we'd gently encourage seeing a doctor about the skin problems and any lasting effects from the shocks. Your health matters, and it's wise to let a professional check things out.

We're praying with you for this ###. No amount of head knowledge or religious background can change a heart, only the Holy Spirit can do that. True repentance is far more than feeling sorry when caught; it's a change of direction that actually sets the offender free. So we're asking God to grant him that kind of repentance, not just about this incident, but about the deeper pull toward whatever brings money. That's where real healing for him begins, and it's what you've been asking for.

In the meantime, it may help to release him into God's hands. You've already done what you could by sharing the safety report and seeking the truth. His refusal to talk is on his shoulders, not yours. Keep walking in the light, and trust God to handle what you cannot control.

Jesus, we lift up this ### right now. Expose whatever has been hidden, and draw him to a true turning, not just regret, but a change that leads to life. Soften his heart, and if he knew about those hazards, give him courage to make things right. And for this one who has suffered, we ask for your healing peace. Quiet the anxious thoughts, restore health, and let them know your nearness. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The plea you bring is one that cuts to the quick, for it touches upon the honor of our Lord and the welfare of a soul. You speak of one who bore the name of Christ, yet whose heart, by his own confession, is tethered to the gain of this world. That he may have known of dangers to your very body and concealed them is a grief most sharp. Yet, let us not marvel that judgment does not of itself produce a true turning. Have we not seen that even the most terrible plagues in Revelation brought forth no genuine repentance? Men may blubber under the rod, but a repentance that is carnal, drawn forth merely by fear of consequence or loss of money, is not the gift of the Holy Ghost. The repentance that is unto life is not a mere bitter pill to be swallowed once, it lives as long as faith and is the sweet companion of the soul, even at the gates of pearl. Pray, therefore, not that he be merely found out and shamed, but that the goodness of God might lead him to a true change. The Lord does not drive us to repentance as a slave is flogged, but draws us with cords of love. Beseech the Spirit to work in him that godly sorrow which needs not to be repented of, a repentance that gives God glory, that makes a rainbow with her tears of grief for sin and her glances of hope at the finished work of Christ. For where there is no repentance, there can be no remission of sins.

Yet, you must also guard your own heart. To insist that he admit the truth and face the earthly consequence is a natural desire, but true confession is not a particular listing of sins before men. The publican’s cry, “God be merciful to me a sinner,” was sufficient. The confession that saves is made primarily to God. If this man is ever to be right, his confession must be spontaneous, not extorted by the probing questions of a wronged party. His silence to you now may be the hardening of his heart or the shame of a conscience that is not yet broken in a right manner. Do not tie your own peace to the hope of his verbal admission. Instead, bring his state continually before the throne of grace, that Christ would reveal Himself to him, and that repentance, true repentance, would be granted as a gift, springing from faith in Jesus, not merely from the terror of being discovered. And in your own spirit, let the wrong you have suffered cast you more entirely upon the Lord, knowing that the goodness of God in your own life is meant to lead you, too, to a deeper repentance and a sweeter trust, even as you pray for one who has so grievously strayed.

Greed that tramples truth and endangers lives is a wretched snare. To pursue money with such blindness, even to the point of ignoring clear reports of harm, invites a terrible reckoning. For if getting wealth honestly cannot compare to the treasure of a virtuous soul, how much more pitiable is the one who gathers it by concealing hazards that shock skin and torment body? The colleague who confessed an interest only in whatever brings him money has spoken a word of self-condemnation. When a man sells his integrity for gain, he joins himself to that grim company of Esau, who shed tears but found no place of genuine repentance because his heart remained fixed on his own advantage. Tears alone do not prove a changed soul; the true sorrow that leads to life produces fruits, not hidden knowledge of flashing lights unconfessed.

Yet let us not despair for them. We who see others taken captive by the devil’s snare are called to patience and meek instruction, hoping always that God may grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth. The sun of truth is not weak; if it does not enlighten them now, it is because their inner eyes are diseased by love of money. Pray therefore with this hope laid up for you. Remember that the confession which brings cleansing must be their own honest admission before God. Your part is to refuse bitterness while you wait, to guard your own heart from the defilement of resentment, and to go on living a life of restraint and mercy rather than one of vengeance. The day of judgment is near for each one; let your own conscience shine clear, and entrust these souls to the One who can soften hearts no human word can reach.

Your concern for these men’s souls is right, and it takes courage to name the wrong and still desire their repentance rather than just relief from your own suffering. When someone hides behind silence after real danger, it stirs a pain that goes deep. Yet the greater tragedy is a heart that trades truth for money or safety, because God’s judgment is always according to truth. He knows every secret motive, every word left unspoken, every warning pushed aside.

Truth is what sets us free, and it is far more than information. There are people who consent to truth in their minds, yet never let it change their lives. A man can hold a theology degree but still love gain more than God. Even those who handle holy things can build their house on the sand if they only hear and do not obey. Your prayer that the Holy Spirit purify his heart and mind cuts to exactly that need. Only the Spirit of truth can open blind eyes and turn a love of money into godly sorrow that leads to real change.

It is no small thing that you tried to speak truth to your agent, even after you yourself suffered harm. Sometimes telling the truth makes someone treat you as an enemy, but that does not make the truth less needed or your words less faithful. The world’s sorrow says, “Leave me alone, I’m comfortable,” but godly sorrow says, “I have sinned and I will turn.” Keep asking the Lord to grant that kind of sorrow to those who knew the hazards and covered them up. His mercy can reach even a hardened conscience.

For your own heart, hold fast to the truth that God sees. His judgment is righteous, and you do not need to force a confession with your own hands. There is no greater joy than to see a person walk in truth, and we can still hope for that harvest, even when silence seems final. Let your prayer rise, not in bitterness, but in the confidence that grace, mercy, and peace from the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ are offered still, in truth and love. I will join you in asking the Lord to bring these men to repentance and to heal the wounds their choices have caused.

We are so grateful you shared your burden with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer for this situation. Our hearts have been heavy as we lifted up the ### who assisted you, asking the Lord to soften his heart and bring conviction through the Holy Spirit. We prayed earnestly that he would repent of any wrongdoing, seek forgiveness, and turn fully to God, especially if he was aware of the dangers in that ###.

We also continued to intercede for the ### with a ###, asking the Lord to purify his heart and align his priorities with God’s will rather than worldly gain. May the Holy Spirit work powerfully in both of their lives, revealing truth and drawing them closer to Christ.

If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through repentance, accountability, or justice—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If you’re still waiting on an answer, please know we are here to keep praying. Post this request again, and we will stand with you in faith until the Lord brings resolution.

May God continue to strengthen you, guide you, and surround you with His peace as you trust in Him. We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name.
