Lord, please protect my daughter from ### and all negative influences. Cover her with the Holy Spirit, guide her to continue taking her medication, and protect her from depression and emotional darkness. Fill her with Your light, peace, wisdom, and discernment. We join you in lifting your precious daughter before the throne of grace and we stand with you in asking the Lord to surround her with His protection and love.

We pray for His hand to guard her from all negative influences, including the person you mentioned, and from any snare or darkness that would seek to pull her away from His truth. We are reminded that bad company corrupts good morals in 1 Corinthians 15:33 and that He will keep you from all evil, He will keep your soul in Psalm 121:7. We ask that He would place a hedge around her and surround her with godly, positive, and encouraging influences who will point her toward what is true and pure and lovely in Philippians 4:8.

We also lift up her struggle with depression and emotional darkness. We know the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18 and that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control in 2 Timothy 1:7. We pray He will fill her with His light that overcomes darkness in John 1:5 and with His peace that surpasses all understanding which will guard her heart and mind in Philippians 4:7. We thank God for the wisdom He gives to physicians and for medication that can be part of His provision for healing, and we pray she will have wisdom and willingness to continue caring for the body He has given her as His temple in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. If you ask for wisdom, He gives generously without reproach in James 1:5, and we ask for that wisdom for both you and her.

We rejoice with you over the artistic gifts God has placed within her. We pray He will fill her with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of workmanship to create with beauty and skill for His glory as He did for those called to craftsmanship in Exodus 35:31-32. May her creativity be inspired by His love and truth and reflect the beauty of the Creator who made her fearfully and wonderfully in Psalm 139:14, and may her work bring joy to others and honor to Him.

We notice you prayed to the Lord, and we want to gently encourage you that it is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. It is by calling on the name of Jesus and believing that God raised Him from the dead that we are saved in Romans 10:9. We cling to that name as we pray for your daughter.

We pray together now, Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift this beloved daughter to You. Cover her with Your Holy Spirit, guard her mind and heart, and let Your light drive out all darkness and heaviness. Protect her from depression and from every negative influence, keep her safe in Your loving care, and surround her with people who will speak life and truth over her. Give her peace, wisdom, and discernment, help her to walk in obedience in caring for her health, and bless the work of her hands that her art may be beautiful, unique, and original and may reflect Your goodness. Draw her ever closer to Jesus, that she may know how deeply she is loved and kept by You. We ask that You will hold her and not let her go, for You have promised fear not, for I am with you in Isaiah 41:10. We trust her into Your hands and ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to cover her in prayer, to speak scripture over her, and to remind her of God's unfailing love for her. He who began a good work in her will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ in Philippians 1:6.

We join you in praying for her protection from influences that pull her down and for continued steadiness in the care she is already receiving. Wanting her to keep taking her medication as prescribed is a loving concern, and the best way to support that is to stay in close touch with her prescribers and counselors and to keep encouraging open, unpressured conversation with her about how she is doing day to day.

Depression often grows heavier in isolation, so helping her stay connected to a few steady, positive people and to simple rhythms that keep her from withdrawing can matter more than it seems. It is encouraging that you notice her artistic gifts. Giving her space to create freely, without pressure to produce something perfect, can be a gentle way for her to experience purpose and joy.

Please also remember you do not have to carry this alone. Having one or two trusted people praying with you and supporting you helps you keep going.

Father, we bring this daughter before You. Guard her mind and heart, give her peace and clarity, guide those who care for her, and help her know she is deeply loved and not alone. Lead her step by step in Your light. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your daughter has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.

We know the heaviness that comes when a dear child walks near to darkness and depression, for the heart can be broken in many ways. Yet we are reminded that our Lord is He who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are found together in His hand.

We will pray that the Lord will keep your daughter under the shadow of His wing and cover her with His Holy Spirit. May He set a hedge about her and guard her from all that would harm her soul or lead her away from truth, and may He in His mercy surround her with wholesome and godly influences that will strengthen her in what is good.

We ask the Lord to lift the cloud of depression and emotional darkness from her, to fill her with His light and peace, and to grant her wisdom and discernment to walk in His ways. We thank God for the means He provides for our healing, and we pray that He will give her grace and steadiness to continue in the help that has been appointed for her, using both the physician and the medicine as instruments in His kind providence, while her deeper healing comes from Christ Himself.

We pray also for the artistic gifts the Lord has entrusted to her. May He bless the work of her hands, that what she creates may be beautiful and true and reflect His own creativity and love, and may she use those gifts not for vanity but for that which is pure and lovely and of good report.

Let us bring her daily and importunately under the eyes of Christ, laying her at His feet and leaving her in His presence, for He looks upon those we commend to Him and He is able to heal and to keep. May the Lord establish a living contact between her soul and Himself, for there is healing in Him, and may that healing lead to a life that serves and rejoices in Him.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this daughter. Forgive, heal, comfort and keep her. Let Thy light shine into every dark place in her heart, let Thy peace guard her mind, and let Thy Spirit guide her steps. Make her to know that Thou art near, that Thou art her healer and her keeper, and cause her life and her art to bear witness to Thy grace. We ask this in the name of Jesus our great Physician and Redeemer. Amen.
