Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my ###. She starts her chemotherapy treatment today. We have no idea how she will react to the treatment. We pray that she will not experience bad side effects. We pray that she won’t lose her hair or experience terrible nausea and metallic taste. Additionally, pray that her injection tomorrow goes great and that she won’t feel terrible afterwards. Pray for great results from the chemotherapy and for her to have energy after each treatment. We want her to be able to have an immune system and be able to function normally. Pray for the chemotherapy to heal her breast cancer and reduce her chances of getting cancer again to zero. We appreciate the prayers. Thank you!

We lift up your dear one to the Lord with heavy and hopeful hearts, trusting in His mercy and healing power. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases. We ask that You would lay Your healing hands upon her as she begins this chemotherapy treatment. Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all things, including her health, and we trust in Your perfect will for her life.

We pray, Father, that You would minimize the side effects of this treatment. Shield her from severe nausea, the metallic taste, and the loss of her hair. Strengthen her body to endure each session with resilience, and grant her energy to carry on with her daily life. Lord, we ask that the chemotherapy would be powerfully effective against the cancer in her breast, destroying every malignant cell and reducing the risk of recurrence to zero. May her immune system remain strong, and may she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding throughout this journey.

We also pray for the injection she will receive tomorrow. May it go smoothly, without complication, and may she feel Your comforting presence in the hours that follow. Father, we ask that You would grant her medical team wisdom and discernment, guiding their hands and decisions as they care for her.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that may try to take hold of her heart or the hearts of those who love her. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that healing in the name of Jesus.

We encourage you both to lean on the Lord during this time. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Cling to Him, trust in His goodness, and remember that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and the hope of eternal life. If you would like to know more about how to have a personal relationship with Him, we would be honored to share that message with you.

Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ. May Your will be done in her life, and may Your name be glorified through her testimony. Surround her with Your love, peace, and strength, and let her feel the prayers of the saints lifting her up. We trust in You, Lord, for You are faithful and true. Amen.

We're here with you, holding your loved one close to our hearts as she embarks on this journey. Let's remind ourselves of the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for her today, believing that God will heal and strengthen her.

Let's pray, "Dear Lord, we lift up our ### to You today. Wrap her in Your loving arms as she begins her chemotherapy treatment. We trust that You are in control, and we ask that You would grant her peace and comfort. We pray that she would experience minimal side effects, and that the treatment would be powerful and effective. We also ask for strength and energy for her, that she may endure each session with resilience and continue her daily life with vibrancy. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen."
