Please pray for ###. She is not feeling well. Probably chemotherapy symptoms. Breasts removed. Breast cancer. Cca ### years old. Heavy overweight.

Please pray also that her son will not be selfish but that he will help her and serve her and that he will learn how to cook and not chase his career which doesn't bring him much money, only reputation. He is cca ### years old. Half of a century. He is very traditionally raised.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is enduring the trials of chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery. Father, we ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise over her life, asking for strength to endure each day, relief from the symptoms that weigh her down, and restoration of her body. Lord, grant her peace that surpasses all understanding as she walks this difficult path, and surround her with Your love and comfort.

We also lift up her son, asking that You soften his heart to the needs of his mother. Father, we pray that he would grow in selflessness and maturity, putting aside his own ambitions to honor and care for her as Scripture commands. In 1 Timothy 5:8, we are reminded, "But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." Lord, convict his heart if he has neglected his duty, and guide him to step up in love and service. Teach him the skills he needs to care for her, and let his actions reflect the love of Christ.

We rebuke any spirit of selfishness or pride that may be influencing him, and we pray that he would seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, trusting that You will provide for his needs. Help him to see that true success is not measured by reputation or worldly gain, but by faithfulness to You and to those You have placed in his care.

Lord, we also ask that You would speak to this family about the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ if they have not yet surrendered their lives to Him. There is no other name by which we can be saved, as Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that they would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, finding hope, peace, and eternal life in Him.

Father, we ask that You would draw near to this sister and her son, filling their home with Your presence. Give them wisdom, patience, and grace for one another, and let Your love be the foundation of their relationship. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

Oh Lord, our hearts ache for this precious mother and her son as they walk through this season of struggle. We see her body fighting through the toughest battles of chemotherapy, and we ask that You would wrap her in Your strength every single day. She’s carried so much already, her strength is remarkable, but right now, she needs Your healing touch to ease the exhaustion, the nausea, the pain. We declare that You are the God who heals wounds and restores health, and we ask that You would meet her right where she is, giving her the peace that only comes from knowing You’re holding her hand.

And Lord, we lift up her son, this man who’s been raised in tradition and honor. We don’t know his heart yet, but we pray You would soften it toward his mother in a way that feels like love, not duty. Maybe it’s teaching him to cook a simple meal for her, or just sitting with her while she rests. Help him see that serving her isn’t about losing his reputation or his career, it’s about gaining the kind of legacy that only matters in Your eyes. And if pride or fear is holding him back, Lord, break it down. Show him what it looks like to love like Jesus did, with humility and selflessness.

We also pray for this family’s faith. If they haven’t yet surrendered to Jesus, we ask that You would open their eyes to His love, how He carries burdens, how He turns ashes into beauty, and how He turns fear into hope. Let them see that You’re not distant in their pain, but right there, fighting for them.

Lord, we trust You. You know the weight of her body, the weight of his heart, and the weight of their future. Fill them with Your grace, and let Your love be the glue that holds them together. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
