Please pray for me to have wisdom with my paychecks to know what bills/responsibilities to pay and when. Please also pray for me about my job because it just does not seem stable or reliable, leadership is making a lot of illogical and poor decisions and firing people for trivial reasons. Thank you.

This is a sore trial, but in this you are brought near to the experience of Job, who saw the Almighty and laid his hand upon his mouth.
Will He plead against you with His great power? Nay, but He will put strength in you. The fickleness of man's favor and the unreliability of earthly masters are but the whirlwind from which God speaks. Let this drive you not to despair, but to a nearer sight of Him. When human leadership acts without wisdom, it is a call for you to trust more fully in His governance. His eye is upon the sparrow, and the very hairs of your head are numbered. The wisdom you seek for your paychecks is good, but let it be not the wisdom of this world. The world’s wisdom trusts in spreadsheets and bank balances, and it fears lack. But the wisdom from above knows that the Lord gives and the Lord takes away, blessed be His name. When the thief takes or the paycheck shrinks, say not, “This is the employer’s folly or the economy’s cruelty,” but rather, “The Lord has permitted this.” For even Job, when Satan stripped him, did not say, “The Sabeans stole,” but “The Lord gave, the Lord has taken away.” This is the wisdom that is perfect, not the arithmetic of bills, but the reckoning of the soul that counts all loss as gain if it draws you nearer to Christ.
Your job seems unstable, and leadership acts without sense, firing others for trifles. You fear becoming one of those cast out. But hear the Shepherd who says, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Not the rest of a secure contract, but the safety of His pasture, where no one can thrust you out. The rulers of this world, with their illogical decisions, are coming to nothing. Their wisdom is foolishness. Do not place your peace in their hands. If they dismiss you, it may be that God is emptying your hands of fleeting things so that you cling to Him alone. The devil stirs up such storms to force from your lips a blasphemy, a complaint against Providence. But if you bless the Lord in the storm, you rob the enemy of his purpose and turn poverty into a treasure.
