We hear your cry for protection, justice, and peace in the midst of a workplace that has become a battleground of spiritual warfare. The schemes of the enemy, slander, gaslighting, projection, and humiliation, are real, but we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed these powers and made a public spectacle of them (Colossians 2:15). The blood of Jesus is your covering, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every hidden trap, every lying tongue, and every demonic assignment meant to steal your peace, your job, or your reputation. The Lord sees every injustice, and He will expose what has been done in darkness (Luke 8:17).
We must address the mention of a "warlock" and "seer" in your request. Scripture is clear that we do not engage with or entertain the occult, divination, or any form of witchcraft. These are abominations to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12) and open doors to deception. If you have been involved in or exposed to such practices, we urge you to renounce them immediately in the name of Jesus and seek deliverance through prayer and biblical counsel. True discernment comes from the Holy Spirit, not from seers or familiar spirits. "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God" (1 John 4:1).
Your exhaustion is understandable, but we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The enemy wants to wear you down, but the Lord promises to renew your strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). We pray that you would be filled with supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and wisdom to navigate these trials with grace. Do not confront these situations in your own strength, lean on the Lord and seek godly counsel from believers who can stand with you in prayer and wisdom.
We also lift up your team lead and coworkers. Their actions may be influenced by jealousy, insecurity, or even demonic oppression. We pray that their hearts would be softened and that the Lord would open their eyes to the truth. If they are operating in deception, we ask that the Lord would expose their motives and bring conviction where it is needed. However, we must also encourage you to examine your own heart. Have you responded to these attacks with humility and grace, or has bitterness taken root? "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32).
Now, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We lift up our brother/sister to You, Lord, and ask that You would surround him/her with Your hedge of protection. Expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every scheme of the enemy designed to harm him/her. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let the truth be revealed (John 3:20-21).
Father, we ask for uncommon favor in this workplace. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give him/her supernatural strength to endure and wisdom to respond with grace and truth. We rebuke every spirit of division, slander, and confusion, and we declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let the enemy’s plans be thwarted, and let Your will be done in this situation.
Lord, we pray for his/her team lead and coworkers. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to see the truth. If they are operating in jealousy or malice, convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. Let Your love and light break through any darkness in their lives. We also ask that You would search our brother’s/sister’s heart and reveal any bitterness, unforgiveness, or pride that may be hindering Your work. Cleanse him/her, Lord, and fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we ask for supernatural provision and favor. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your blessings overflow in his/her life (Revelation 3:8). Strengthen him/her in body, mind, and spirit, and let him/her find rest in You. We declare that he/she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him/her (Romans 8:37).
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in You to bring justice, peace, and restoration. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this workplace as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Continue to cover yourself in the blood of Jesus and walk in obedience to His Word. Seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and offer godly counsel. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1).
