A lot of misunderstanding. Comtinue to please covr me at my workplace and expose every hidden agenda scheme plot of the enemy to get me fired. Thank you! I am exhausted need uncommon favor and supstnatural strength peace wisdom.

We hear your cry for protection, justice, and peace in the midst of a workplace that has become a battleground of spiritual warfare. The schemes of the enemy, slander, gaslighting, projection, and humiliation, are real, but we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed these powers and made a public spectacle of them (Colossians 2:15). The blood of Jesus is your covering, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every hidden trap, every lying tongue, and every demonic assignment meant to steal your peace, your job, or your reputation. The Lord sees every injustice, and He will expose what has been done in darkness (Luke 8:17).

We must address the mention of a "warlock" and "seer" in your request. Scripture is clear that we do not engage with or entertain the occult, divination, or any form of witchcraft. These are abominations to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12) and open doors to deception. If you have been involved in or exposed to such practices, we urge you to renounce them immediately in the name of Jesus and seek deliverance through prayer and biblical counsel. True discernment comes from the Holy Spirit, not from seers or familiar spirits. "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God" (1 John 4:1).

Your exhaustion is understandable, but we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The enemy wants to wear you down, but the Lord promises to renew your strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). We pray that you would be filled with supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and wisdom to navigate these trials with grace. Do not confront these situations in your own strength, lean on the Lord and seek godly counsel from believers who can stand with you in prayer and wisdom.

We also lift up your team lead and coworkers. Their actions may be influenced by jealousy, insecurity, or even demonic oppression. We pray that their hearts would be softened and that the Lord would open their eyes to the truth. If they are operating in deception, we ask that the Lord would expose their motives and bring conviction where it is needed. However, we must also encourage you to examine your own heart. Have you responded to these attacks with humility and grace, or has bitterness taken root? "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32).

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We lift up our brother/sister to You, Lord, and ask that You would surround him/her with Your hedge of protection. Expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every scheme of the enemy designed to harm him/her. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let the truth be revealed (John 3:20-21).

Father, we ask for uncommon favor in this workplace. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give him/her supernatural strength to endure and wisdom to respond with grace and truth. We rebuke every spirit of division, slander, and confusion, and we declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let the enemy’s plans be thwarted, and let Your will be done in this situation.

Lord, we pray for his/her team lead and coworkers. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to see the truth. If they are operating in jealousy or malice, convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. Let Your love and light break through any darkness in their lives. We also ask that You would search our brother’s/sister’s heart and reveal any bitterness, unforgiveness, or pride that may be hindering Your work. Cleanse him/her, Lord, and fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we ask for supernatural provision and favor. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your blessings overflow in his/her life (Revelation 3:8). Strengthen him/her in body, mind, and spirit, and let him/her find rest in You. We declare that he/she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him/her (Romans 8:37).

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in You to bring justice, peace, and restoration. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this workplace as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Continue to cover yourself in the blood of Jesus and walk in obedience to His Word. Seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and offer godly counsel. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1).

We hear how wearying this has been, the misunderstandings, the feeling singled out, and the sheer exhaustion of having to stay on guard. When you’re already running low, workplace strain cuts especially deep. We’re standing with you, asking for the covering and peace you need.

In seasons like this, it can help to remember that a spiritual attack doesn’t mean God has abandoned you; it often means you’re walking where the enemy doesn’t want you to go. But the victory doesn’t usually come in one dramatic moment. Growth is often a slow, cyclical process, truth gets tested, and we circle back over old ground, but each time we go a little deeper. You don’t have to have it all together; you simply need to keep bringing yourself to the One who does. That’s not a weakness; it’s the kind of dependence God honors.

Something practical: you’re carrying a lot alone, and even prayer warriors need prayer. Is there a mature Christian friend, a small group leader, or a pastor you could ask to meet with you briefly just to listen and pray? Letting someone else carry it with you for a bit isn’t a lack of faith, it’s how the body of Christ is meant to work. And if tensions at work remain unsettled, a calm, private conversation with your team lead later, when heads are cooler, might clear the air, but only if you sense the time is right.

Father, we lift up your child who is worn down and in need of uncommon strength. Surround them with your protection. Expose any deception and bring clarity where there is confusion. Give them wisdom beyond their own, deep peace in the middle of the pressure, and favor that can’t be explained apart from you. Restore their energy, keep their job secure, and let them feel your nearness tangibly today. In Jesus’ name.

Father, cover this one at their workplace. Expose every hidden agenda, scheme, and plot of the enemy meant to harm or trap them, for "There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known" (Luke 12:2). Thank You for revealing the trap and covering their food with the blood of Jesus. Silence every lying tongue and turn every accusation back on the accuser, for "No weapon forged against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17). Grant them uncommon favor with their team lead and peers. Restore peace, clear up all misunderstanding, and let truth prevail. Renew their strength, for "Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:31). Give them supernatural wisdom, calm, and endurance to navigate each day, for "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God" (James 1:5). Surround them with Your protection and let no evil prevail against them.

In Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.

The snare of the fowler is an old device of the adversary, yet it is no surprise to the Almighty. You speak of a warlock and hidden traps, but remember this: the proud man who exalts himself against his Maker is making a sorry adventure. The Lord sits in the heavens and laughs; He holds such schemers in derision. Do not fear the poisoned morsel or the whispered slander, for He who kept you from the trap shall certainly expose every counsel of darkness in His own time. Your calmness in the midst of it is evidence of a strength not your own, a supernatural peace given precisely because the duty of bearing such malice is beyond human ability.

But there is a deeper work here. You cry for favor and exposure of plots, yet let me press you further: the highest victory is not the ruin of your foes but the increase of your own faith. If a duty is to be performed that runs against every instinct of the flesh, forgiving seventy times seven, returning blessing for cursing, refusing to answer reviling with reviling, then you need that faculty which deals with the supernatural. Cry out, “Lord, increase my faith,” for this is the grace that enables you to walk with steady steps through the quicksand of office politics and the snares of jealous tongues.

The exhaustion you feel is real, but it is a sign of deriving strength from measurable, creaturely sources. All strength apart from God must come to an end. Yet here is the wonder: you that are human can be linked with the Divine by an act of faith. Fling yourself upon Him, wait upon Him, and your strength shall be renewed as the eagle’s. The God who thrusts out the enemy before you will not grow weary; He gives power to the faint. When your team lead turns a cold shoulder and your peers take up a false report, do not confront them in your own spirit, that only wears you out and sows further misunderstanding. Instead, take your case to the courtroom of Heaven and leave it there. Let God be the glory of your strength, for then you shall not be ashamed, even when sorrows surge around.

And what of this uncommon favor you seek? There is no favor like the peace of God that passes all understanding. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This is not a calm that depends on all men speaking well of you; it is a deep and settled rest that remains when arrows fly by day and the pestilence stalks at noon. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, a peace that silences both the clamor of fear and the furious demand for immediate vindication. Bear this injustice with Him, and you will find that to do the will of Jesus is rest indeed.

Do not be dismayed that the battle is fierce; the divine strength is always proportioned to the trial. Because the enemy is too strong for you, therefore turn to your God and invoke His omnipotence. He has promised in the Covenant of Grace to be with you, to strengthen you, to uphold you with the right hand of His righteousness. That strength will be wisely balanced and fitly infused, you shall not be crushed by the burden, for He will lay no more upon you than He gives you grace to bear. The dead cannot walk, but if the life of God is in your heart, there is strength given to overcome both the flesh within and the malice without.

Go now, not in the energy of your own scheming, but in the power of His might. When they revile, bless; when they lay traps, walk uprightly in the light of His countenance and the trap will spring shut on empty air. Your righteousness shall break forth as the morning, and your peace shall be as a river. Earth’s struggles soon shall cease, and Jesus calls us to Heaven’s perfect peace. Until that day, your defense is of God, and you are kept by His power through faith unto salvation. Be still, and know that He is God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

When you bless your food in the name of Jesus, you do well, for all things are sanctified by prayer and the word of God. But do not give excessive thought to hidden traps or the schemes of those around you, as if you could see into their hearts. Our Lord did not call us to suspicion, but to simplicity and love. If anyone intends evil against you, commit them to God, who knows all secrets. Let your own conduct be blameless, and the truth will shine forth in due time. Do not repay insult with insult, nor brood over the mood of your team lead. You say that when you confronted him, he turned it back upon you. Sometimes it is better to remain silent and entrust your vindication to God. The tongue can be a fire; use it for instruction and blessing, not for further strife. As the Apostle says, do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

You speak of exhaustion and the need for uncommon favor and supernatural strength. These are exactly what God promises to those who wait on Him. He does not leave His own to struggle by their own power. Remember that Paul, who bore the name of Christ before Gentiles and kings, said that the Lord enabled him. This enabling comes not from our own striving, but from the grace of the Spirit working in us. When you feel weak, that is the time to lean not on your own understanding, but on the One who makes strength perfect in weakness. He permits these trials that you may learn to depend entirely on Him, and not on the shifting favor of man.

Do not seek to expose every hidden agenda of the enemy, as though you were a seer sent to uncover plots. God often allows the wicked to imagine they have concealed their devices, but His eye sees all, and in His time He brings hidden things to light. Your part is to pray, not to pronounce judgment or demand exposure. When you ask for uncommon favor, ask rather for a heart of patience and humility. That is the uncommon favor indeed, for human nature loves revenge and recognition. Show kindness especially when it is undeserved. If your team lead ignored you, perhaps he himself was struggling. A gentle answer turns away wrath. Could you not have gone to him quietly and asked after his own well-being? The stranger who feels shamed by receiving a kindness is won over by cheerful service, not by confrontation.

Your exhaustion is real, but do not think that God has abandoned you. He has placed before you a contest that is within measure, though it may seem harsh. The Christian life is not free of toil, but its yoke is light compared to the endless labors of those who chase after vanity. What Christ commands is not burdensome if you set your heart on Him. Speak no ill, envy no one, do not be led by the desire for reputation. When you bless your food, do so with thanksgiving, and then eat with a quiet mind, trusting in the protection of the Most High, not in your own covering words alone.

Above all, give alms. Let your generosity flow even to those who trouble you, not in a way that calls attention to yourself, but in secret. Almsgiving purifies the soul and brings healing to many wounds. It is the medicine of repentance and a strong defense against the snares of the enemy. When you do good to those who spitefully use you, you heap burning coals of love upon them, and you imitate your Master, who even now intercedes for His enemies.

I pray that you will receive wisdom from above, which is pure, peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits. Do not exhaust yourself by watching for the evil intentions of others. Watch rather over your own heart, keep your tongue from guile, and let your daily work be done as unto the Lord. He who enabled the apostles to bear the cross will enable you to bear this small share of reproach for His name. This is not to humiliate you but to teach you that His grace is sufficient. Stand firm, not in your own strength, but in the power of His might, and you will see the salvation of God.
