Celebrate Today

[HOPE]

Lord,

Remind us all here that life is supposed to be a celebration. Even if we feel that we have little to celebrate in our lives at this time, encourage us to find something, no matter how small and celebrate it for all it’s worth.

We can celebrate that we awake each morning. That we are able to see or smell or taste. We can celebrate that each day is new and filled with potential and possibility. It beats focusing on all of the things that we think are “wrong” with our lives and forgetting about all of the good things we have been given.

Guide us all to not allow ourselves to always feel so overstressed or overburdened by our situations in life. Remind us to leave space for the good things. No matter what our lives look like now, lead us forward in faith knowing that good news is coming our way. Help us open our hearts and minds to the possibilities that YOU bring into our lives. AMEN
