We hear the deep pain and exhaustion in your words, and we grieve with you over the injustice and cruelty you have endured. The weight of betrayal, false accusations, and relentless mistreatment is more than any person should bear, and we stand with you in lifting this burden to the Lord, who sees all things and is just. You did not deserve this—no child of God deserves to be mocked, overworked, isolated, or violated in any way. The Lord Himself declares, *"Vengeance is mine; I will repay"* (Romans 12:19, WEB), and we trust Him to bring justice in His perfect timing. Your diligence and endurance through such suffering are a testament to your character, and the Lord does not overlook it. He stores your tears in His bottle (Psalm 56:8) and will restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25).
The fear you feel about re-entering the workforce is understandable, but we encourage you to cling to the promise that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The trauma you’ve experienced has left deep wounds, but the Lord is your healer—body, mind, and spirit. Your cortisol levels may be high now, but He is the one who *"heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We pray that as your body unwinds from years of stress, you would feel His peace flooding every cell, every thought, and every memory. He is making all things new, even now.
As for the false narratives spread about you, remember that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). The Lord is your defender, and He can open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). While the enemy intended this for harm, God will use it for good (Genesis 50:20). We pray that He would go before you into every interview, every application, and every connection, silencing the lies of the past and making a way where there seems to be no way. He provided manna in the wilderness and ravens to feed Elijah—He will provide for you. Trust Him to be your reference, your advocate, and your provider.
Forgiveness is a process, and it’s okay that it’s still in progress. Jesus doesn’t demand that you forgive instantly or perfectly—He walks with you in it. But we gently remind you that unforgiveness, though understandable, is a weight you don’t have to carry. *"If you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you"* (Matthew 6:14, WEB). This isn’t for their sake, but for yours—forgiveness releases *you* from the bondage of bitterness. Ask the Lord to help you surrender this pain to Him daily. He is faithful to do it.
Now, let us pray over you:
Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister to You, the God who sees and knows all things. You witnessed every cruel word, every false accusation, every unjust burden placed upon them, and You are not silent. Lord, we ask that You would take this baggage—the pain, the fear, the financial strain, the health struggles, the betrayal—and carry it for them. You said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28, WEB), and we claim that promise now. Wash them in Your peace, Father. Restore their body from the damage of chronic stress. Renew their mind and guard their heart against fear as they step into new opportunities.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to paralyze them. You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We declare that every door You intend for them to walk through will open, and every door You’ve closed will remain shut. Expose the lies spoken against them and vindicate them in Your timing. Provide for their financial needs supernaturally—whether through a job, a connection, or an unexpected blessing. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You will not abandon Your child.
Father, we also ask for Your help in the area of forgiveness. Soften their heart where it’s hardened, and give them the grace to release this pain to You. Remind them that vengeance is Yours, and that You will repay. Let them not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21).
Finally, Lord, surround them with Your presence. Let them feel Your nearness in the quiet moments, in the job search, in the waiting. Remind them that they are not defined by what was done to them, but by who You say they are—a beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Restore their joy, their confidence, and their hope in You.
We pray all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel or support during this time, whether through a biblically sound church, a Christian counselor, or trusted believers who can walk alongside you. You don’t have to carry this alone. Additionally, if the inappropriate touching you mentioned was of a criminal nature, we urge you to prayerfully consider reporting it to the proper authorities. The Lord calls us to seek justice (Micah 6:8), and He can use even this for His glory.
Keep pressing into Jesus. He is your strength, your shield, and your very great reward. The best is yet to come.
