What God Cannot Do!
We are thankful for your desire to know how God has gifted you and to use those gifts well, and we join you in prayer for this.

Scripture teaches that there are diversities of gifts but the same Spirit, and that to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given to profit with all. These gifts are not our own achievement but works of the Spirit, given as free gifts so that we may be thankful and serve others rather than be puffed up. The apostle also shows a more excellent way, that even if we have great gifts, without love we are nothing, and that love is what makes any gift truly fruitful.

We also remember that we are called to walk worthily of the calling with which we were called. You were called as part of His body, raised up with Christ, and that calling is high not only because of where He has brought you from, but because of whom you now belong to and how He desires to work through you.

So we pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is the way of salvation, reveal to this one who seeks You what gifts You have given. Grant wisdom and clarity to discern strengths, opportunities, and open doors, and give a heart of love to use every gift for Your glory and for the good of others. Lead to counsel from Your Word and from faithful believers, and guide each step toward work that honors You and helps fulfill every desire for goodness and every work of faith with power. Help this life to be lived in a way that is pleasing to You and steadfast in patience and faith. In Jesus name we ask this, amen.

Continue to seek Him in prayer, in Scripture, and in faithful service where you are now. As you serve with love, God often makes His gifting clearer through the needs you meet, the joy you find in the work, and the confirmation of other believers who see His grace at work in you.
