Dear Lord,
Have mercy on George Douglas. Touch his body and bones and heal according to Your perfect will. Help him to receive the best of care and to make wise decisions and never to lose hope. I pray he knows you and can lean on You for all the strength he needs. I pray for his family that they are able to seek You for comfort and wisdom and healing on their Dad's behalf. I pray for healing and I pray George is secure in where he will spend eternity. Not just because of the current diagnosis, but because we all need to settle this matter while we are on earth. The decision to believe in You, humble ourselves and ask forgiveness for our sins, and choose to follow You is the most important decision of our lives. So I pray that George and every member of his family has chosen to believe in You and serve You and spend eternity in Your loving presence, where there is no sickness and no sorrow, no pain (yeah!) and no sadness. It's a real place and the reason for living now in hope and without fear. In Jesus' Name, I pray, Amen.

Lord, I lift up George to You today and I ask for a miracle. A miracle that will heal and make all disease disappear for Your glory. Draw George into Your bosom Lord and show him Your mercy. I thank You for being in the midst of this situation. Thank You for his daughter Lord. Comfort her and any family. Whisper Your love into their spirits God. In Jesus name. Amen
