We hear your desperate cry and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke every spirit of fear, persecution, and harassment in the workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ has come that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father God, we plead the precious blood of Jesus over their job and finances, sealing them with Your divine protection. We pray for a hedge of protection around them, as You did for Job, that no harm may come near their dwelling (Job 1:10). Surround them with a wall of fire, Lord, as You surrounded Jerusalem, that no enemy may penetrate Your defense (Zechariah 2:5). We ask You to make a way where there seems to be no way, for You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). Open doors that no man can shut and close doors that no man can open (Revelation 3:7).
We rebuke every spirit of persecution and harassment in the workplace. We command every lying tongue and deceitful heart to be exposed and brought to justice. Lord, touch the hearts and minds of those who seek to harm Your child. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for favor with the store manager, that Your light may shine upon them and grant them grace in their sight (Proverbs 3:3-4).
We shut the mouth of the lion, for You, Lord, are our shield and defender (Psalm 3:3). Scatter and confuse every physical and spiritual enemy in the workplace. Expose their schemes and let Your light dispel every darkness. We ask for the Angel of the Lord to encamp around them, delivering them from every evil (Psalm 34:7). Grant them spiritual strength to push through their work assignments, knowing that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13).
Heavenly Father, we pray for their safe journey home tonight. Protect them from every harm and danger on the road. Let Your angels have charge over them, to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We declare that they will return home with joy and peace, for You are their ever-present help.
Lord, we also lift up their spiritual well-being. If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that they would come to know You as their personal Lord and Savior. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that they would confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, and they will be saved (Romans 10:9).
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
