We join you in giving thanks to the Lord for your life and for the skill He has given you with your hands as a home baker, and we stand with you in prayer for your business and your financial needs.
We understand how discouraging it is when you are working diligently and honestly, leaving no shortcoming in your work, yet the orders do not come. We want to encourage you that the Lord sees your diligence and your need, and He cares for you deeply. The scriptures remind us to commit our work to Him. Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. And Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Your faithfulness in making each cake as unto the Lord is already pleasing to Him, even when the results are not yet seen.
We also hear your burden about finances and your desire that the need be met before September. It is good to bring our specific requests before God, and we bring this date before Him with you, yet we also trust His perfect timing and wisdom. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:33, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. And Philippians 4:6 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. We encourage you not to be consumed with anxiety, but to keep seeking Him first, trusting that He knows your needs. Philippians 4:19 assures us, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We also remember Proverbs 10:4, He becomes poor who works with a lazy hand, but the hand of the diligent brings wealth, and Deuteronomy 8:18, But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth. Continue in diligence, integrity, and prayer, asking the Lord for wisdom for your business as James 1:5 encourages us that if any lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives generously. We encourage you to keep the quality you are known for, to let satisfied customers speak for you, to be honest in all dealings, and to commit each day and each order to the Lord in prayer.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together for our dear sibling in Christ. Lord, You know the work of their hands and the burden on their heart for this home baking business and for the financial needs in their family. We ask that You would bless the work of their hands, grant favor with customers, and cause orders to come again according to Your will. Provide for every financial need and bring peace to their heart while they wait upon You. Grant wisdom for how to steward this business well, to manage resources faithfully, and to use this gift to glorify You. Help them to trust You not only for provision before September, but each day, knowing Your timing is perfect and Your love never fails. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our only Savior and our access to the Father, Amen.
