Praise God with you for this answered prayer and for the new order you were able to complete well. It is a joy to hear how the Lord has heard and responded, and we thank Him with you for His kindness.
This is a good reminder that the Lord is with His people not only in hard seasons but also in seasons of blessing. Scripture shows Joseph experiencing this, that even when things prospered the Lord was still with him, and Joseph himself recognized that any fruitfulness he had, even in a land of affliction, came from God. In the same way, God is able to make you fruitful right where you are, even while your family is still walking through financial pressure. He can bring provision in the midst of affliction, and those years of plenty are from His hand.
As you continue in this cake business, hold fast to diligence and integrity. The wisdom of Proverbs teaches that slackness leads toward want but the hand of the diligent brings increase, and that the one who gathers in season acts wisely. It also teaches that the Lord delights in honest dealings and that a just and fair measure honors Him, while dishonest scales are offensive to Him. That principle is very practical for business. Work faithfully, keep your work excellent, be honest and fair in all pricing and dealings, and keep a good reputation. That kind of faithfulness honors God and over time people notice and trust grows. Pride and dishonest gain do not endure, but righteousness and humility bring true wisdom and life.
There is also a danger that comes with prosperity, and Scripture warns about it. When things begin to go well it can be easy to forget the Lord and to trust in our own strength. Keep your heart turned toward Him in this time of blessing as much as you did in the time of need. Let your deepest purpose remain to be about your Father's business, not merely as something you ought to do but as something you must do out of love for Jesus Christ, who alone has made provision for our forgiveness and life through His Son. Keep seeking Him first, staying lowly before Him and obedient to His voice.
We also take encouragement from how God leaves room to work according to His own will. What may look impossible or incurable from a human standpoint is not beyond Him. Do not put Him in a box. Continue to give Him room to work in your home and business as He desires.
We join you in prayer now, that in the name of Jesus your bakery would continue to be established in diligence and honesty, that the Lord would provide steady work and meet the financial needs of your household according to His wisdom, and that through both need and plenty your trust would remain in Him who makes fruitful and sustains. May He grant you peace, strength for each order, and a continual testimony of His provision.
