Business issues

I am the manager of a fitness center for women in a small clickish town. The owner and I had been having some issues with another empoyee and it finally came to a head and now she is gone. But several of the members who are not truly aware of the underlying issues are upset. We need prayer that this thing will smooth over quickly and that no members will be lost as well as the need for many new members to join. We desire this to be a positive, Godly atmosphere.
