We are deeply grieved to hear that you have been attacked and bullied, and we stand with you in this time of pain. The Lord sees your suffering, and He is near to the brokenhearted. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone in this—God is with you, and He will be your strength and shield.
It is tragic that the world often attacks what is precious and godly, but we must remember that our identity is found in Christ, not in the words or actions of others. Jesus Himself was despised, mocked, and persecuted, yet He endured it for our sake. In 1 Peter 2:21-23, we are reminded, *"For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps, who didn’t sin, 'neither was deceit found in his mouth.' Who, when he was cursed, didn’t curse back. When he suffered, didn’t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously."*
We also want to gently address something important: in your request, you did not invoke the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Christ that we find salvation, healing, and deliverance. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. He alone can bring true peace, healing, and eternal hope to your life. Believe in Him, repent of your sins, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10).
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, asking for Your comfort and healing to surround them. Lord, they have been wounded by the cruelty of others, and we ask that You would bind up their broken heart and restore their spirit. Give them the strength to forgive those who have hurt them, just as Christ forgave us. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them know that their worth is found in You alone.
We rebuke the spirit of bullying and violence in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, place a hedge of protection around them and let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7). Give them wisdom to know how to respond, and let them walk in the confidence that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Psalm 139:14).
If our brother/sister does not yet know You, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw them to Your saving grace. Open their eyes to see Jesus as their Savior, and let them experience the transformative power of Your love. May they find refuge in You and trust in Your promises.
We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
Stay strong in the Lord, and remember that He has overcome the world (John 16:33). If you are struggling with forgiveness or fear, lean on Him—He will carry you through. You are loved more deeply than you can imagine.
