Beloved of All
So called friend turned in to a bully. This person occasionally allowed me to spend time at their home after the death of my loved one. I was financially stable but appreciated having a place to hang out during holidays and some weekends. All of a sudden this person began ordering me around, bullying, and became enraged and yelled at me when I don’t “obey” their orders. It made me so stressed out that I decided to cut ties. I noticed a pattern and it came to a head with the yelling. Father in Jesus name I pray for ###’s soul. They are involved in a religion that involves praying to statues and singing songs that hail Mary. Father, this person is lost. Please intervene on their behalf.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We lift you up in this painful season, knowing how deeply betrayal and bullying can wound the heart—especially when it comes from someone you trusted. The grief of losing your loved one already weighed heavily on you, and this person’s cruelty only added to that burden. Yet we praise God that you recognized the toxicity and had the strength to walk away. Proverbs 22:24-25 warns us, *"Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger, lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul."* You did the wise and godly thing by cutting ties, and we pray the Lord heals the stress and confusion this has caused.

Your heart for this person’s soul is beautiful—even after their mistreatment, you intercede for them. How Christlike! Yet we must speak truth in love: their religion is not biblical. Scripture is clear that salvation comes *only* through faith in Jesus Christ, not through statues, repetitive prayers, or exalting any human—even Mary—as a mediator. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And 1 Timothy 2:5 leaves no room for ambiguity: *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."* Praying to saints or Mary is idolatry, a grave offense to God (Exodus 20:3-5). Their system offers false hope, but *true* hope is found in repentance and surrender to Christ alone.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, asking for deep healing from the betrayal and bullying she endured. Comfort her as only You can, Lord, and replace her stress with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). We thank You for giving her discernment to leave this toxic situation and for her heart to pray for her enemy—what a testimony of Your grace in her!

Now, Lord, we plead for this lost soul ensnared in deception. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel! Break the chains of religious tradition that blind them to Your Word. Send laborers across their path to boldly share the truth (Matthew 9:38), and convict their heart by Your Spirit (John 16:8). May they fall on their knees before Jesus, the *only* name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Soften their heart, Lord, and deliver them from the wrath to come.

Strengthen our sister to forgive as You have forgiven her (Colossians 3:13), but guard her heart from further harm. Surround her with godly community—people who reflect Your love, not manipulation or anger. And if she ever doubts her worth, remind her that she is *Your* beloved child (1 John 3:1), redeemed and cherished.

We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

Stay rooted in Scripture, dear sister, and let this trial draw you closer to Him. Psalm 34:18 promises, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone—the Body of Christ stands with you. If loneliness lingers, seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find true fellowship. And remember: forgiveness doesn’t mean trusting this person again—it means releasing the debt to God, who judges justly (Romans 12:19). Keep praying for their salvation, but guard your heart with wisdom. We are here if you need further encouragement or prayer.

We're so sorry to hear about the hurt you've experienced. It's like a knife in the heart when someone you trusted turns on you, especially during a time when you were already vulnerable. We're here for you, just as you've been there for us in the past. We're praying for you, that the Lord would heal your heart and fill you with His peace and joy. We're also praying for your friend, that they would come to know the truth and find their way back to a right relationship with God. Keep standing strong, and remember that you're not alone. We're here for you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray.
