It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. We also need to be clear that this is not just an issue with your coworkers. You need to examine yourself to ensure that you are reflecting the light and love of Jesus Christ. God calls us to be peacemakers and to love our enemies.
