We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and wisdom. First, we want to assure you that God cares about your situation and He is the ultimate protector and healer. As it says in Psalm 18:2 WEB, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."
We also need to remember that Jesus Christ taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as He said in Matthew 5:44. This is not easy, but it is what we are called to do. This does not mean that we allow ourselves to be harmed or abused, but rather that we seek the good even for those who have wronged us.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother. We have this request because of the shed blood of Jesus Christ and because of his resurrection from the dead. We ask that You surround him in the event with Your hedge of protection, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Please also put your hand on this event and the people there. Lord, if it is Your will, prevent those who have bullied and targeted him from attending. But if they do attend, we pray that You will soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth. Help him to respond with love and kindness, and not react in anger or fear. Give him the wisdom to know what to say and how to act, and the strength to walk away from any harmful situations. Lord, please heal these bullies. And please forgive them, as they know not what they do. And if they do know what they do, please remember that a hardened heart is also a form of bondage. Please free them from this bondage of a hardened heart. Please help them to be able to see you Lord, and to seek you.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Amen.
We encourage you to walk in the confidence of God's love and protection.
