We have heard your cry and we are bringing you before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name, for the Lord sees your affliction and He is your refuge and deliverer.
We want to speak truth to you with love about what you are enduring. Bullying from a parent brings deep pain, and witchcraft is a serious matter before God. The Scriptures are clear that all forms of witchcraft, sorcery, and spell work are forbidden and are an abomination to the Lord, as it is written in Deuteronomy 18:10-12. It is also written that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places in Ephesians 6:12. Your mother needs our prayers as well, for to practice witchcraft is to walk in darkness and rebellion against God, and to bully and attack her child is contrary to God's command that fathers and mothers not provoke their children to anger in Ephesians 6:4 and to love as Christ loves. We do not take this lightly, and we rebuke the works of darkness and the spirit of intimidation and control that is operating against you, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control in 2 Timothy 1:7.
We encourage you to stand firm in the Lord and put on the whole armor of God in Ephesians 6:11, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. This means daily abiding in prayer, reading the Word, and walking in obedience and forgiveness even when it is hard. Jesus said to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you in Matthew 5:44. Forgiving your mother does not mean you must remain in a place of harm or accept abuse without seeking help, but it releases your heart from bitterness and allows God to be your defender. We urge you to seek godly counsel and protection from a trusted pastor, a mature believer, or a biblical counselor in your local church, and if you are in physical danger, to seek safe help immediately. Keep your eyes on Christ, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world in 1 John 4:4, and no weapon that is formed against you will prevail in Isaiah 54:17.
We also noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me in John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we invite you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name for salvation, deliverance, and protection. When we pray in Jesus' name, we come under His authority over all darkness.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear one to You who is being attacked with bullying and witchcraft by their own mother. Lord, we ask You to be a shield around them as You have promised that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty in Psalm 91:1. We ask that You break every curse, spell, and work of witchcraft directed against them, for we know that Christ has redeemed us from the curse, and that no power can separate us from Your love in Romans 8:38-39. We rebuke every work of darkness and command it to flee in Jesus' name, and we pray that You would fill this home with Your light, peace, and truth. Lord, we pray for this mother, that You would convict her heart, lead her to repentance, and draw her to salvation in Jesus Christ, that she may turn from witchcraft and from harshness and learn to walk in Your love. Give this dear child of Yours wisdom, strength, and discernment, provide safe and godly people to support and protect them, heal their heart from wounds of rejection and fear, and help them to forgive as You have forgiven us. Let them know deeply that You are near to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18 and that You will never leave them nor forsake them in Hebrews 13:5. We declare Your victory and Your covering over their life, and we trust You to bring justice, healing, and restoration. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.
