We hear your cry for help, and our hearts go out to you as you endure this difficult situation at work. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone in this trial, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burden to the Lord.
First, we must address the mention of "###" in your request. We noticed that you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, who is our only mediator and advocate before God (1 Timothy 2:5). It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We also rebuke any spirit of fear or weariness that has taken hold of you. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." You are not called to endure this in your own strength, but in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we rebuke the spirit of pride and arrogance in this coworker. Soften their heart, Lord, and let them see the error of their ways. If they do not know You, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself, that they may experience the transforming power of Your love. For our brother/sister, we ask that You would fill them with Your strength and courage. Help them to respond with grace and wisdom, and give them the discernment to know when to speak and when to trust You to fight their battles.
Lord, we also pray for justice and resolution in this situation. If there is a need for intervention, whether through human authorities or divine intervention, we ask that You would make a way. Let Your light shine in this darkness, and let Your love prevail. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust You to turn this trial into a testimony of Your faithfulness.
