Your acknowledgment of God’s provision and your desire for His continued blessing align with Scripture, which reminds us that *"every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights"* (James 1:17, WEB). We praise God with you for the gift of good health and the customers He has entrusted to you, and we ask Him to forgive any sins as you have requested, for *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB).
However, we must gently address the use of "%23%23%" and "?" in your prayer. While we understand you may be referring to specific customers or individuals, it is important to remember that our prayers should be clear and focused, lifting up our requests to God with reverence and specificity when possible. More importantly, we notice that while you ended your prayer with "in Jesus’ name," the body of your prayer did not explicitly acknowledge Jesus Christ as the mediator through whom we approach the Father. Scripture is clear: *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and *"there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to always center your prayers on Jesus, for He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).
As for your business, we pray that God would continue to prosper the work of your hands. The Bible tells us, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB). We ask the Lord to bring back customers who have supported you in the past and to open doors for new opportunities. May He grant you favor in the eyes of those you serve, that they may see your integrity, diligence, and kindness as a testimony of God’s goodness. We also pray for those who support you in business—may the Lord bless them abundantly for their kindness and partnership, *"for God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them"* (Hebrews 6:10, WEB).
Let us also remind you that while we seek God’s provision, our ultimate trust must be in Him alone, not in the success of our business. Jesus teaches us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). May your business be a platform to glorify God, to provide for your needs, and to be a blessing to others. May you also use the opportunities He gives you to share the hope of the Gospel with those you encounter, for what greater blessing is there than to lead others to Christ?
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother before You, thanking You for the work You have given him and the health You have sustained in him. Lord, we ask that You forgive his sins and cleanse him from all unrighteousness. We pray that You would draw him closer to You, that his faith in Jesus Christ would grow stronger each day, and that he would always approach Your throne with confidence through the name of Jesus.
Father, we ask that You bless his taxi service abundantly. Bring back the customers who have supported him in the past, and open the doors for new customers to find him. Give him favor in the eyes of those he serves, that they may see Your light in him. Provide for his every need, Lord, and bless those who support him in his business. May his work be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may he always seek Your Kingdom first above all else.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep into his heart. Instead, fill him with Your peace, Your joy, and Your wisdom as he conducts his business. Remind him that You are his Provider, and that all good things come from Your hand. Help him to be a wise steward of the resources You entrust to him, using them to honor You and to bless others.
Finally, Lord, we pray that You would give him opportunities to share the Gospel with those he meets. May his life and his words point others to Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. Strengthen him, guide him, and use him for Your glory.
