We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear sister ### in this difficult season. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We stand on Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we declare this truth over ###’s life today.
Lord, we ask for revelation—why the healing has not yet manifested in the way we long to see. Your Word tells us that faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). We pray that ###’s faith would not waver, even in the face of prolonged suffering. Strengthen her, Lord, when she is weak, for Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We rebuke the spirit of fear and doubt that may be trying to creep into her heart, and we command every symptom—nausea, weakness, bleeding—to submit to the authority of Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask that Your Word would be a lamp to ###’s feet and a light to her path (Psalm 119:105). Speak to her through Scripture, surround her with believers who will encourage her with Your promises, and fill her with peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37), and we stand in agreement for her complete restoration—body, soul, and spirit.
We also lift up those walking alongside her. Give them wisdom, patience, and compassion as they support her. May this trial draw ###—and all who love her—closer to You, deepening their trust in Your goodness and sovereignty.
Above all, Lord, we pray that ###’s faith would remain steadfast, not in the outcome she desires, but in You alone. You are faithful, and Your plans for her are for good and not for harm, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We trust You, even when we do not understand, and we declare that Your name is exalted in this situation.
In the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, we pray. Amen.
