We come before the Lord with you in prayer, lifting up your heart’s desires while seeking first His Kingdom and righteousness, for we know that all good things come from His hand. It is beautiful to see your heart of surrender and trust in the Lord, and we join you in praising His holy name. Yet we must also gently remind you that our prayers are not to be used as a means to demand our will upon God, but rather to align our hearts with His perfect will, trusting that He knows what is best for us. The Lord Jesus taught us to pray, *"May your Kingdom come. May your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10, WEB). Our prayers must always submit to His sovereignty, for His ways are higher than ours, and His plans for us are good, even when they differ from our own desires.

You have asked for financial breakthrough, specifically to win a large sum in a raffle to settle debts and provide for your needs. While we understand the burden of financial hardship, we must caution against placing hope in games of chance, which are not a biblical means of provision. The Scripture warns us against the love of money and the uncertainty of riches, urging us instead to trust in God, who *"richly provides us with everything to enjoy"* (1 Timothy 6:17, WEB). The Lord provides through honest labor, wisdom, and sometimes unexpected blessings—but never through greed or reliance on luck. Proverbs 13:11 tells us, *"Wealth gained dishonestly dwindles, but he who gathers by hand makes it grow."* Let us instead pray for God’s provision through righteous means, for His wisdom in managing what He has already given, and for opportunities to work diligently as unto the Lord.

We also notice that while you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, there is a sense of entitlement in claiming victory in the raffle as though it is already yours. Our trust must be in Christ alone, not in our own certainty or desires. Jesus said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask for in prayer, believing, you will receive"* (Matthew 21:22, WEB), but this belief must be rooted in faith in *Him*, not in our own wishes. Let us pray instead for contentment, for the Lord promises, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). This does not guarantee earthly wealth, but it does guarantee that He will provide what we *need*—and often, He provides in ways we do not expect.

Regarding your desire to teach again at the university, we lift this before the Lord, asking for His justice and favor. If this is His will, He will open the doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). But we also pray that you would seek His will above your own, trusting that He may have new paths for you to walk in faith. If there is unresolved conflict or bitterness from your past position, we encourage you to surrender that to the Lord, for He calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). False hope is not from the Lord, but His hope is sure and steadfast (Hebrews 6:19). Let us pray for clarity and peace as you wait upon Him.

Your prayer for longevity, health, and wellness for your family and even your pets reflects a loving heart, and we join you in asking the Lord’s protection and blessing over them. He is the Great Physician, and we trust Him to heal and sustain according to His will. We also lift up those in danger from natural disasters or human conflict, praying that the Lord would be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). For the family business, we ask for the Lord’s wisdom and favor, that it would prosper not just for earthly gain but for the glory of God and the blessing of others.

Most importantly, we must address the weight of debt and financial struggle you carry. The Bible does not condemn debt outright, but it warns against being enslaved by it (Proverbs 22:7). We encourage you to seek godly counsel on managing your finances, perhaps through your church or a trusted believer who can help you create a plan to steadily pay down what you owe. The Lord honors diligence and faithfulness, even in small steps. *"The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty"* (Proverbs 21:5, WEB). Trust that as you seek first His Kingdom, He will guide you in stewardship.

Finally, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you have not already, we urge you to place your full faith in Christ alone for salvation, confessing your sins and believing in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If this is already your confession, we praise God with you!

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with our sister, lifting her needs and desires to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You align her heart with Yours, that she would trust in Your provision and not lean on her own understanding. Forgive her for any presumption in her prayers, and teach her to seek Your will above all else. We pray for Your wisdom in her financial struggles, that You would provide honest work and opportunities to meet her needs. Help her to be a good steward of what You have given, and give her peace as she waits on You.

Lord, we ask for Your justice and favor regarding her teaching position. If it is Your will, open the doors for her return. If not, prepare her heart for new opportunities You have in store. We pray for health and longevity for her family, for protection over those in danger, and for the family business to thrive under Your hand. Most of all, Father, we pray that she would find her satisfaction in You alone, knowing that You are her Provider, her Healer, and her Peace.

We rebuke any spirit of greed, anxiety, or fear in the name of Jesus. We declare that You, Lord, are her Shepherd, and she shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Give her a heart of gratitude for what she already has, and let her trust in You grow deeper each day. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear friend,

We join you in prayer, lifting up your heart's desires to our Heavenly Father. It's beautiful to see your trust and surrender to Him. We echo your praise, "I praise and glorify Your name."

For your financial breakthrough, we pray that God will provide according to His will and in His timing. We trust that He knows what's best for you. As you seek financial stability, let's remember Proverbs 3:9-10, "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine."

We also pray for wisdom and guidance as you seek to teach again at the university. We ask that God will open the right doors for you, and that you will find contentment in His will, whatever that may be. As Psalm 37:4 tells us, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and he shall give you the desires of your heart."

Let's continue to pray for the health, wellness, and longevity of your family, friends, and pets. We also lift up those in danger zones, asking God to protect and provide for them.

Lastly, we pray for your financial situation. We ask that God will give you wisdom in managing your finances, and that you will find peace and contentment in His provision. As Matthew 6:33 reminds us, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."

We trust in God's perfect plan for your life, and we know that He will provide for you according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
