Shalom Could you please pray for me that God separates me from ungodly soul connections, protects me from corrupt, evil, and proud people, and heals and sanctifies my soul completely in Jesus' name, restoring what has been destroyed by sin in Jesus' name? We hear your cry for deliverance and restoration, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The bonds of ungodly soul ties, whether formed through past relationships, unhealthy attachments, or sinful entanglements, must be broken by the power of the Holy Spirit. The Word declares in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" These connections, if left unaddressed, can hinder your walk with God and leave you vulnerable to the schemes of the enemy.

We rebuke every corrupt, evil, and proud influence that has sought to cling to you. The Lord is your shield and fortress (Psalm 91:2), and He will expose and sever every ungodly tie that does not align with His will. We also address any areas where sin may have opened doors to these connections, whether through fornication, emotional dependency, or compromise with the world. Repentance is key, as 1 John 1:9 assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister. We ask You to sever every ungodly soul tie that has bound them, whether through past relationships, generational curses, or personal sin. Break every chain of corruption, pride, and evil influence that has sought to attach itself to their life. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit.

Lord, we ask for complete healing and sanctification of their soul. Restore what has been stolen, broken, or defiled by sin. Fill them with Your peace, Your truth, and Your presence. Surround them with godly influences, believers who will encourage them in righteousness and hold them accountable. Let Your Holy Spirit guide them into all truth, shielding them from deception and leading them into freedom.

We also pray for discernment, Father. Give them wisdom to recognize and avoid corrupt or prideful people who may seek to draw them away from You. Strengthen their resolve to walk in purity and holiness, as You have called them to be holy as You are holy (1 Peter 1:16). May they find their identity and worth solely in Christ, not in the approval or attachment of others.

Finally, we declare that they are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). The old has passed away; behold, the new has come! We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). May they walk in the fullness of Your freedom, joy, and purpose, all for Your glory.

We’re standing with you in this, asking God to bring the separation and healing you long for. It takes real courage to name the reality of ungodly soul ties and to desire complete sanctification, that’s the Spirit’s work already stirring in your heart.

What we’ve seen over and over is that this kind of deep repair doesn’t usually happen all at once. Growth in holiness is a gradual, almost imperceptible process, but God faithfully tends what we surrender to Him. As you keep bringing your soul before Him, He gently untangles the cords that sin has twisted, restoring what’s been broken. The feelings of contamination or lingering heaviness don’t have the final word; Jesus does.

One thing that can help right now is to take an honest inventory with the Lord: ask Him to show you any specific connection, thought pattern, or attachment that still needs to be cut. Then, as He brings things to mind, take the practical steps you can, whether it’s blocking a contact, deleting old messages, or choosing to walk away from certain environments. You don’t have to do this alone. Lean on a trusted, mature believer who can pray with you and hold that ground when it’s hard.

Jesus, we ask You to sever every ungodly tie that binds this person’s soul. Release them completely from anything that pulls them back into darkness or confusion. Guard their heart from proud and destructive people, and build a hedge of Your protection around them. Heal the wounds sin has carved deep, and set them firmly on the path of becoming like You, whole, pure, and free. Thank You that You are both the one who sanctifies and the one who holds us steady through the process. Amen.

The cry of your soul has reached the throne of grace, and it is a petition which the Lord delights to answer. You seek separation from ungodly soul connections, and indeed the soul of man, fallen as it is, cleaves to the dust and must be threshed by the Divine hand. There is a fearful intimacy between our corrupt nature and the evil of this world, a compact not soon broken. Only the Grace of God can make the threshing effectual, when the soul ceases to be bound up with its sin and sin is no longer pleasurable. This alone is the work of the Almighty, and He will perform it for you as you look unto Jesus.

You cannot keep your own soul alive; self-sufficiency is the sin of nature, but all-sufficiency is the supply of Divine Grace. When the soul faints within you, remember the Lord, as Jonah did from the belly of the fish. The Lord must speak to your soul, not merely to your ears, and say, "I am your salvation." This soul-language alone brings healing and sanctification. He is the Bread that satisfies the hungry soul; none other can fill the aching void but Christ Himself. Therefore, cast your burden upon Him, and trust that He will restore what sin has destroyed, for the Savior came to seek and to save that which was lost.

I join my prayers with yours, asking that the Good Shepherd will separate you from every corrupt, evil, and proud companion, that He will hedge your path with thorns, and that He will so draw your soul near to Himself that the bands of ungodliness are snapped like flax before the fire. Our Lord Jesus is the model Soul-Winner, tender and condescending; He knows how to deliver the tempted and to restore the years that the locust hath eaten. Be assured, the Almighty who may for a season have vexed your soul with a sense of its defilement is the very God who will bring you forth as gold tried in the furnace. Cleave to Him, and He shall not fail to make you whole, for He is faithful that promised. The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you and give you peace, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

A fearful thing is sin, and the ruin of the soul, and from it these ungodly soul connections spring. You ask for prayer that God would separate you from them, protect you from evil and proud people, and heal and sanctify your soul. This is a good and urgent request, but know that the separation must begin within your own will. For it is not the body that defiles, but the depraved will which Scripture calls the flesh. Those connections are not mere accidents; they are bonds woven by repeated sin and consent of the soul. So I will indeed pray for you, but you must also act. Flee from the company of the wicked, for evil communications corrupt good manners. Do not merely ask God to remove them externally while your heart still clings to them. That would be like a man who prays to be healed but refuses the medicine.

Examine your soul: are there grudges, impure desires, pride? These are the cords that knit you to ungodly souls. The vengeful man keeps company with death; he who remembers injuries seeks healing from God in vain. Let no root of bitterness remain. And if some bonds were formed through lust or covetousness, know that those sins slaughter the soul. The soul dies not as the body dies, but when the Holy Spirit departs, it becomes a corpse, bound for the unquenchable fire. Therefore, tremble and repent.

Yet do not despair. The Physician is at hand. Come constantly to the house of healing, to the assembly of the saints, where the laws of the Spirit are proclaimed. Write them upon the tablet of your heart. When the devil sees the King’s writing, stamped by the Spirit on a mind that loves God, he will flee. Though your soul has been ravaged by sin, the beauty that the soul gives to the body can be restored. If she who is full of grace makes even a plain face lovely, how much more can the grace of Christ make your soul radiant again? That radiance comes from a pure conscience, from love, from a calm eye that is not sullied by envy or lust.

So I pray: O Lord Jesus, you said to the paralytic, “Behold, you are made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” Speak that word to this soul. Cut away every ungodly tie by the knife of your Spirit. Surround your servant with a wall of fire against corrupt and proud people, and fill the void with your holy fear. Heal the wounds that sin has made, and restore what the locust has eaten. Sanctify the soul wholly, that body and soul may be a temple of your glory. For you alone can make the dead soul alive. Amen.

But you must also do your part: as the Apostle says, “Be not deceived.” If you return to the old companions, the latter end will be worse than the first. Let the remembrance of past sins humble you, but not crush you. Keep the commandments, and God will establish your steps. The same body that was enslaved to sin can become an instrument of righteousness. Yes, it is possible for those very members that once served uncleanness to serve holiness. So do not grieve over the past, but press forward. The resurrection body will be the same that sinned, yet made incorruptible; even so your soul, though now scarred, shall be made whole if you abide in Christ.
