We have read your request to break a pact of blood and to have someone light a red candle for you, and we want to respond with truth and love and to pray with you in the name of Jesus Christ.
We must lovingly rebuke and correct the desire for a candle ritual, because lighting a red candle and making or breaking a blood pact through occult practice is not of God and has no power to deliver you. Such practices are witchcraft and sorcery, which Scripture forbids. There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh Deuteronomy 18:10-12. The works of the flesh include sorcery and those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom Galatians 5:19-21. We cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons 1 Corinthians 10:21.
We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to tell you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can be truly set free. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. He wiped out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us, nailing it to the cross, having disarmed the principalities and the powers Colossians 2:14-15. If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17.

Your cry for deliverance has been heard, and there is a better word for you than any power in a candle or in blood pledged by man. There is a blood that speaks of covenant mercy, even the blood of the everlasting covenant spoken of in Hebrews 13:20, and by that blood God sends forth prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.
You speak of a pact of blood that binds you. Hear what the Scripture teaches concerning the true covenant. All of God's dealings with men have had a covenant character, and that covenant of grace was not made with conditions which you and I must fulfill, but was made between the Father and the Son on behalf of His people, and it was signed and sealed with blood, not the blood of bulls or of goats, but the blood of Jesus Christ Himself. Until that blood was shed the covenant was not ratified, but now that it is shed it stands fast according to the sure mercies of David. That blood proves the intense earnestness of God in entering into covenant with man in a way of grace, and it confirms His divine faithfulness. God will not break His oath nor run back from the covenant which He has made with Christ on behalf of sinners.
We do not light red candles as a means of grace or deliverance, for such observances have no power to loose the soul. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins, and the only blood that can cleanse and set apart and deliver is the blood of Christ. The blood of any other covenant, whether made in ignorance or in sin or under the pressure of the enemy, has no lawful claim upon a soul that flees to Jesus, for He has found a ransom. As it is written in Job, God has said, I have found a ransom, and therefore the prisoner ready to go down to the pit is delivered. The price has been paid by the King's own Son who bore the penalty of iniquity.
If you would be loosed from every dark bond, turn from that pact and from all trust in ritual, and trust wholly in the Lord Jesus Christ who was brought again from the dead through the blood of the everlasting covenant. Confess your sin and your need to Him, believe that His blood is the fulfillment of the debtor's side of the covenant, and ask Him to be your Shepherd and your Redeemer. He marks every one of His sheep with that blood, and none of them shall perish, for His Word, His covenant, His power and His honor would all suffer should one of His little ones be lost.
We will pray for you, not by candle, but by pleading the name of Jesus. May the Lord show you the depth of the need which His covenant was meant to meet, and give you to feel the power of the blood of cleansing. May the Holy Spirit enable you to behold the earnestness of God's love and to rest upon His faithfulness to supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. May He bring you forth from the pit into liberty, that you may walk from henceforth in covenant mercies and know the liberty of a child of God.
Seek the Lord while He may be found. Turn to Christ alone for salvation, forsake every other trust, and live in obedience to His Word. Your request to be set free from this pact of blood has been heard, and I am praying for you before the Lord.
I understand you asked for someone to light a red candle for you, but I will not do that. Our help does not come from candles or rituals, but from the Lord Jesus Christ alone. To turn to such objects for spiritual power would keep you bound rather than set you free, and I cannot ask God to bless a practice that leads away from Him. Instead I will bring your need directly to God in prayer in the name of Jesus, which is the only name by which we are saved.
Scripture teaches that under the law almost all things were purged with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission. That was only a shadow, not a perfect cleansing. The true remission comes from the blood of the New Testament, which Christ Himself described as His blood shed for many for the remission of sins. As it has been preached, the Cross was a sacrifice offered once for all in blood, not consumed by fire and not needing to be repeated. That one offering is sufficient. No other blood pact can cleanse or bind you when you belong to Christ. His blood alone brings forgiveness and breaks every claim of sin and darkness.
You also need deliverance, and God is able to deliver. As one who was rescued from the mouth of the lion, that fierce power, so the Lord still delivers His people not only from outward danger but from every evil work, so that the enemy, who prowls like a lion, will not have dominion over you. To be kept from yielding to sin and to be preserved from condemnation is a greater deliverance than merely being spared from harm.
So I pray for you now, , that you would turn fully to Christ in repentance and faith, renouncing every pact, vow, or ritual made with blood apart from Him. May the Lord forgive you through the once for all sacrifice of His Son, wash you clean by that perfect blood, and break every chain that has been placed upon you. May He deliver you from every evil work and from the power of the devil, fill you with His Holy Spirit, and give you peace and a new life in Him. Seek fellowship with faithful believers who preach the gospel, confess these things openly, and walk in the light of Christ, for He will not suffer you to depart with condemnation when you trust in Him.
