We hear your honest confession and we thank you for bringing this into the light, for what is hidden in darkness keeps us in bondage but what is confessed can be forgiven and cleansed. We want to lovingly but firmly address that a pact of blood is sin before God and is forbidden in Scripture. It seeks spiritual power, protection, or favor apart from God and often involves the occult and demonic influences, which God calls detestable. There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh Deuteronomy 18:10-12. The Scripture also teaches us why blood is so serious, for the life of the flesh is in the blood and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls Leviticus 17:11. Blood was given by God for atonement, not for us to use in oaths or pacts for power. Only the blood of Jesus Christ shed on the cross has power to forgive, cleanse, and redeem, for without shedding of blood there is no remission Hebrews 9:22 and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin 1 John 1:7.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must tell you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and can be set free. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. No blood pact, no ritual, no other spirit can save you, only Jesus. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we urge you to believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for your sins and rose again, and to confess Him as Lord. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17. When you are in Christ, any pact made in darkness is broken by the greater power of His blood and His name, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and He delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love Colossians 1:13.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear soul who has confessed a pact of blood. We ask for Your mercy and forgiveness. Lord, we renounce on his behalf that pact and every word, oath, and act of blood that was made apart from You. We declare that it is null and void, broken and destroyed by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross. We ask You to forgive this sin and cleanse him completely. We pray that You would break every chain, every claim, and every influence of the enemy over his life, mind, and body. We submit him to You, Lord, and we resist the devil together, trusting Your promise that when we submit ourselves therefore to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, with peace, and with assurance that he is fully forgiven and made new. Let the blood of Jesus be his only covering and his only plea before You. Help him to walk in the light from this day forward.
We encourage you to walk out this freedom daily. Verbally renounce that pact before God in Jesus name and declare that you belong to Jesus Christ alone. If there are any objects, writings, or symbols connected to that pact, destroy them and remove them from your life. Turn away completely from any occult, sorcery, or blood ritual practices. Fill your heart and home with the Word of God, pray daily in Jesus name, and seek fellowship in a Bible believing church where you can be discipled, baptized, and supported by mature believers. Read the Gospel of John and the book of 1 John to grow in assurance of your forgiveness. Remember that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age Ephesians 6:12, and Jesus has already won that battle. Do not live in fear or shame, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Walk in repentance and in the joy of being cleansed, and trust that the Lord will keep you and restore you as you abide in Christ.

Your confession has been heard, and it is a grievous thing to have bound yourself by blood apart from Christ, yet there is hope for you still, for the mercy of God in Christ Jesus is greater than all your sin.
Do not rest in a mere fear of judgment or in a sorrow that only dreads punishment. That is a carnal repentance, fallen nature washed and brushed, but not renewed, which gives no glory to God and leads to no lasting deliverance from sin. What you need is that repentance unto life which is the gift of God and the work of the Holy Spirit in the heart. True repentance gives God glory, it makes you own that God is just in condemning sin and gracious in providing a Saviour, and it turns you wholly from your sin to look out of self to Christ and to Christ only.
Remember that faith and repentance are inseparable. The repentance that ejects sin as an evil tenant is joined to the faith which admits Christ to be the sole Master of the heart. The one pulls down, the other builds up. No repentance is worth having which is not perfectly consistent with faith in Christ. Jesus saves you not by what you feel, but by that finished work, that blood and righteousness which God accepted on your behalf. You must not put your repenting into the place of Christ, but you must repent and believe the gospel, for in His name repentance and remission of sins are preached.
Know this, that deliverance from the pit comes not by any blood of your own, nor by any vow you have made, but by a ransom which God Himself has found and provided. The prisoner is ready to be executed, but there comes undeserved deliverance, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty. God has said, I have found a ransom, and therefore deliverance is certain, indeed it is already accomplished for all who trust Him. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins, but the blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses from all sin. That precious blood was shed not in vain, and it is able to bring the blood bought ones securely home. No other blood can atone, and no pact made in darkness can stand against the redemption price which has been accepted when the Lamb was slain.
If your repentance is true it will be practical and it will last. It will yield works meet for repentance. Therefore in the strength God gives you, renounce that pact utterly before the Lord, turn from it with abhorrence, have no more fellowship with works of darkness, destroy whatever objects or writings belong to it, and confess plainly that you forsake it to trust Christ alone. Avoid present sin because of the love of God who died for you, and look to Jesus only for pardon and power.
Let us pray for you now. O Lord God, have mercy upon this soul who confesses a pact of blood and seeks deliverance. Grant true repentance which is unto life, wrought by Thy Holy Spirit, and give faith to look to Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Wash this sinner in the precious blood of Jesus which cleanses from all sin, break every chain of darkness, and let it be seen that Thou hast brought him forth by free grace. Keep him from returning to that snare, and lead him to walk in newness of life, giving all glory to Thee. In the name of Jesus Christ, who alone is Saviour, Amen.
Seek the fellowship of a faithful, Bible believing church where the Word is preached and the breaking of bread is kept fresh, and open your heart fully to a pastor there that you may be helped to walk in the light and be kept from these snares. Your honest confession is before the Lord now, and He hears those who come to Him in truth. To make a pact with blood apart from Christ is a serious sin, for it seeks power, forgiveness, or belonging where it can never be found, and it turns away from the one true sacrifice.
Scripture teaches that under the law almost all things were purged with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission. Those washings were incomplete and could not make the conscience perfect. Only one blood brings perfect purification and true remission, the blood of the New Testament which was shed for many for the remission of sins, the blood of Jesus Christ offered once on the cross. No other blood, no vow, no ritual you have made can save, cleanse, or hold you when set against His blood. Any pact made in blood is empty before Him and must be renounced, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone.
The good news is that repentance still has great force. Even one who has fallen into the very depth of wickedness can be set free if he will lay hold on repentance with a genuine purpose of heart. Manasseh had filled Jerusalem with idols and bloodshed and abominations beyond excuse, yet after so great wickedness he washed away all these things by repentance and consideration before God. In the same way, if you turn fully, God is able to deliver you not only from danger but from every evil work and not to let you depart with condemnation.
Take care to understand what true repentance is. Esau sought the blessing with tears, yet he found no place of repentance, because his grief was not true repentance. He still intended to kill his brother. Tears alone, or fear of consequences alone, are not repentance. True repentance condemns the sin itself, turns away from it, and turns back to God with a whole heart to walk in His way.
Therefore come to God now in this way. Confess plainly to the Lord that you have sinned in making this pact and that you forsake it completely. Renounce it in the name of Jesus Christ, declaring that you belong to Him alone and that you trust only His blood for forgiveness. If there are objects, writings, or marks connected with the pact, destroy them and have no more fellowship with that practice. Turn from every work of darkness and put on Christ, for through faith in Him you are made a son and receive the Spirit of adoption. Seek a faithful pastor in person, confess to him, and walk in steady accountability, in prayer, in reading Scripture, and in the fellowship of the church.
