We join you in lifting up your loved one before the throne of grace and we stand with you in asking for his complete recovery and restoration after brain surgery. Our hearts are moved by what you have shared about the mental confusion, headaches, memory lapses and fever he is now facing, and we bring each of these needs to our Heavenly Father who is the Great Physician.
We take comfort in knowing that God sees his suffering and has compassion for him. Scripture reminds us that He heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:3 and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3. We also cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Even when the mind feels confused and the body is weak with fever and pain, God is present and able to restore. We pray that the Lord will lay His healing hand upon his brain, calm the inflammation, remove the fever, ease the headaches, and bring clarity to his thoughts and restoration to his memory.
We also pray for peace for you and all who love him during this anxious time. We remember the words of Isaiah 41:10, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And in Philippians 4:6-7 we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. May that peace guard his mind and your hearts as you wait on the Lord.
We pray for wisdom and skill for the doctors and nurses caring for him, that God would guide their hands and decisions, and we encourage you to continue to follow their counsel closely while trusting the Lord for the outcome.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we gently want to share how precious that name is to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and confidence that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is by trusting in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly to Him in prayer. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Him, both for this healing and for eternal life.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You formed his brain and You know every cell and every pathway within it. We ask in Jesus name that You would touch him now, reduce his fever, take away his headaches, remove confusion and restore his memory and clear thought. Lord, bring complete healing and restoration according to Your perfect will. Strengthen his body, renew his mind, and let him feel Your presence and comfort. Give wisdom to his medical team and give peace and strength to his family and loved ones as they watch over him. We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our healer and our hope. Amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord with tender concern for him who has come through brain surgery and now endures confusion, headache, failure of memory and fever. We join you in carrying this afflicted one to the great Physician, for we very speedily care for bodily diseases when they press upon us, and we are urged to seek a physician for healing, and there is no physician like Christ.
We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom there is an abundance of healing power, would manifest His healing virtue in this hour of weakness. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Even His touch brings restoration, for He took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her up, and the fever left her. So we ask that He would lay His hand upon our suffering brother, that He would cool the fever, ease the aching head, clear the confusion of mind and graciously restore memory and thought. May the Sun of Righteousness arise upon him with healing in His wings, for pardon and healing are joined together in our Lord, and He is able to heal and willing to show mercy.
You know how it is with our bodies, if we suffer long from illness, when the pain is gone there is a dreadful weakness left and restoration is a long process. The weakened limbs only recover strength by slow degrees. Wonder not, therefore, if recovery should be slow, but as he grows a little stronger and a little stronger, acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon your gratitude. He has faithfully promised, I will strengthen them in the Lord, and that promise will be assuredly performed. Come then and taste of the leaves of the tree which are for the healing of the nations, that he may revive out of this decline.
