Today's Encouraging Words
"We who are Jews by birth and not 'Gentile sinners' know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.
"If, while we seek to be justified in Christ, it becomes evident that we ourselves are sinners, does that mean that Christ promotes sin? Absolutely not! If I rebuild what I destroyed, I prove that I am a lawbreaker. For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!" (Galatians 2:15-21)
In order to become one with Jesus, we must be willing to confess our sins and change the way we look at life. We must be willing to let go let go of the past and strive for the future with God. We must be willing to surrender all of our pretenses and deceitful ways. What our Lord wants us to present to Him is not only our goodness, honesty, and efforts to do better, but all of our sins. And in return for our sins he gives us a solid foundation.
If you are faced with the question of whether or not to surrender, make a determination to go on through the crisis, surrendering all that you have and all that you are to Him. And God will then equip you to do all that he requires of you.
“Trust In Him”
The Spirit Of God Shows Us What We need To Surrender Next!!!
Have A Great God Day!
Today’s Prayer…
Loving God, thank you for the promise of new life and of joy of life unseen. In the name of Jesus - Amen
