We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to bring your request before the Lord, that He would raise up humble, obedient, lamb like servants who live bold, holy and loving lives and who teach and preach with accuracy and faithfulness. We have been praying with you for those who are like Christ in humility as described in Phil 2:1-11 yet bold when needed as in Acts 2:14 and Acts 4:29, filled with the Holy Spirit, walking in loving lifestyles of teaching, healing, counseling, prayer and preaching, and worthy to be endorsed by God to handle both power and the pressures of reformation without being destroyed by pride.
We join you in remembering the important lesson from the healing evangelists of the 1940s and 1950s, that gifts and anointing can be present and yet a vessel can still go astray in both teaching and lifestyle, and we agree with you in asking the Father to guard those He anoints. We have prayed that the Lord would help us and those He sends to get our lives and our message correct as in 1 Tim 4:16, to walk worthily of Him in day to day lifestyles worthy of the Lamb as in Col 1:10 and 2 Thes 1:11, to preach the Gospel accurately and to teach everything He commanded as in Matt 28:19, and that He would confirm His Word with signs and wonders and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to His will as in Heb 2:3 and Mark 16:20 and Acts 14:3.
We pray now in Jesus Name that the Father would keep those He uses humble and holy under the weight of power, that their lives would remain pure and their doctrine sound, and that He would affirm their humble walk with attesting miracles that point to Jesus who suffered, died for our sins, rose and ascended as Messiah, the true Anointed, so that many may believe as in John 20:30.
