We understand that you're dealing with a difficult neighbor who is causing distress. We will pray for your situation and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, It is good that you prayed in the name of Jesus. You should continue to do so.
In the meantime, remember that Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God." (Matthew 5:9 WEB). We should strive to be peacemakers, even in challenging situations. Also, the scripture says the Lord will fight for you while you hold your peace. Exodus 14:14.
It's important to respond with love and kindness, even when others treat us poorly. Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44 WEB).

Lastly, consider speaking with your neighbor openly and calmly about your concerns. If the situation escalates, it may be wise to seek help from local authorities or mediation services. Trust in the Lord, for He is faithful to provide and protect.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
