Thank you for sharing this need and allowing us to pray with you in Jesus name. I have brought your request before the Lord that He would bring your blood pressure down and keep it stable.
Scripture gives us a beautiful view of how God sees your blood. He has said that the life of the flesh is in the blood and that He has given it on the altar to make atonement for our souls. That is why He taught His people to have such deep respect for blood, even the blood of animals. It was sacred because it represents life, and it was pointing forward to something greater. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin, and that is why Jesus did not enter heaven with the blood of bulls or goats but with His own blood, having obtained eternal redemption for us once for all. The blood of Jesus is precious beyond measure, it cleanses us from all sin and it is our only hope of salvation and life. When we remember how much God honors blood, we can be assured He sees and cares about what is happening in your body, for your life is precious to Him.
He is also the God who heals. In the law He even made provision for the cleansing of the leper, leaving the door open for His own sovereign work of healing. When Jesus came, He fulfilled what Isaiah foretold, that He bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses, and He showed His power to heal diseases and to calm every affliction. He is able to touch your body and bring balance and steadiness where there has been strain.
So I pray for you now that the Lord would lay His hand upon you and bring your blood pressure to a healthy and stable level. May He quiet your heart, calm any anxiety, and give you peace as you rest in Him. May He give wisdom to those who care for you medically and help you to walk in wisdom in caring for the body He has given you. May you know His presence and His sustaining grace each day, trusting that your life is in His hands and that the blood of Jesus covers you fully for time and eternity.
