We join you in prayer and thank you for coming before the Father in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to God's throne of grace.

We lift up your body before the Lord who formed you and who cares for every detail of your health. We pray for your blood pressure to come down and to remain stable, and for the peace of God to rest upon your heart and mind. Scripture reminds us that He is the Lord who heals us, who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. We also remember the promise But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.

We know how worrying health concerns can be, and the Lord invites us to bring every anxiety to Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We pray that His perfect peace which passes understanding would guard your heart, calm your spirit, and help bring stability to your body. Our prayer for you is as the apostle prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and lift up this dear one to You. You know their body, You know the pressure in their vessels, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask in Jesus' name that You would touch their body, regulate their blood pressure, and cause it to come down to a healthy and stable level and remain there. Lay Your healing hand upon them, calm their heart, steady their pulse, and grant wisdom to their doctors and those caring for them. Fill them with Your peace and remove all fear and anxiety, and help them to rest in Your care. We ask for Your healing and sustaining grace day by day. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to be a good steward of the body God has given you, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God. You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Please continue to follow your doctor's guidance, take any prescribed medication faithfully, rest, stay hydrated, and walk in the wisdom God provides through medical care while trusting Him as your ultimate healer. We are standing with you in prayer for complete and stable health.

Thank you for letting us pray with you about your blood pressure. We know how unsettling it can be to watch those numbers go up and down and to want them to settle.

We are joining you in asking God for steadiness and for calm as you wait. Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to keep your clinician in the loop if you are not already doing so, bringing any readings or concerns to them so they can advise you well. That partnership of prayer and good medical care matters.

It can also help to have a simple way to note what your care team asks you to track and when to follow up, so you are not carrying it all in your head between visits. We are holding you in prayer for that steadiness you asked for, and for strength for each day as you walk this out with the Lord.

Father, we lift our friend to You now. You know this concern and You see the desire for stable health. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart, for wisdom for those providing care, and for Your gracious hand over their body. Give them rest and steady trust in Your care day by day. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with you, asking in the name of Jesus that He who is our heavenly Physician would lay His healing hand upon you.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and we are glad you have told your case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and we are taught that the least thing about Christ is healing, yea that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When He healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and so pardon and healing were made one, to show us that His grace can heal both soul and body.

We pray therefore that our gracious God would cause your blood pressure to come down and to remain stable, that He would calm and strengthen your body, and give wisdom to those who care for you and guide you in all needful means for health. May you know His peace and His keeping power day by day, and may this trial draw you nearer to Christ, who took our infirmities and whose touch still brings healing and rest.

We commit you to His tender care, trusting that His salvation will perfectly heal and keep His people, and we ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
