Thank you for sharing this request and allowing us to pray for you. We have brought your need before the Lord and asked Him to bring your blood pressure down and to keep it stable.
Scripture teaches that the life of the flesh is in the blood, and that God Himself gave blood a sacred purpose upon the altar to make atonement for the soul. Because blood carries life, God taught His people to treat even the blood of animals with deep respect. How much more precious is the blood of Jesus Christ, which was shed for us. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin, and Jesus did not enter the presence of God with the blood of bulls or goats, but with His own blood, once for all, having obtained eternal redemption for us. That blood still cleanses, still protects, and still speaks of God's love for you.
Knowing how highly God regards blood reminds us that He is not distant from your physical body. He designed your blood to carry life through you, He knows every detail of how your body works, and He cares about your health. The same Jesus who shed His blood to save us also bore our sicknesses and infirmities, and He has power to heal and to calm what is troubled.
We pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, that the Lord would touch your body, that your blood pressure would lower to a healthy and steady level, and that you would know His peace guarding your heart. We ask Him to give you wisdom as you steward your health, to guide any doctors who care for you, and to help you rest in His care day by day. May you be strengthened and encouraged as you trust in the finished work of Christ, whose blood has made the way for forgiveness, life, and wholeness before God.
