We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern and faith, lifting up this request for stable blood pressure. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and sustains every beat of our hearts. We ask that You would touch this dear one with Your healing hand, bringing balance and peace to their body. Lord, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is possible, and we stand on Your promise in Isaiah 53:5: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
We also recognize, Father, that our physical health is often connected to our spiritual and emotional well-being. We pray that You would reveal any areas of stress, anxiety, or unforgiveness that may be contributing to this struggle. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Guide them to make wise choices in their diet, exercise, and rest, trusting in Your strength to sustain them. We rebuke any spirit of fear or infirmity in the name of Jesus, for Your Word declares that "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we ask that You would surround this precious one with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them patience and perseverance as they seek to honor You with their body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). May they experience Your presence in tangible ways, knowing that You are with them in every moment. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will, believing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Trust in Jesus Christ for the healing of your body, for the leaves of that tree are for the healing of the nations, and not a single leaf shall wither. The very least thing about Him is full of healing virtue. Do not look to your feelings or wait for your blood pressure to change before you trust, this is to make a god of your sensations. Go to the Great Physician now, just as you are, and trust His power to calm the storm within your veins. When He touches, the fever departs. His blood speaks better things than all our fears, and its voice cries peace to every troubled heart.
Pardon and healing lie side by side in His gracious hand. As you sink, trust and you shall swim. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and He will not make a fool of you. Rest in Him whose blood was shed for you, and let that sacred fountain cool the heat of your anxiety. He who forgives all your iniquities can surely heal all your diseases. You ask prayer for your blood pressure to come down and remain stable. It is right to flee to the Lord, for He is the physician of our bodies and souls. Yet consider: does not much bodily trouble spring from the restless condition of the heart? When the soul is tossed by worldly cares, by the love of money, by the anxiety to gain and keep and multiply, the body too is thrown into turmoil. The rich man lies down with his veins throbbing, while the poor man often sleeps in peace. Nothing so stirs up the inward heat and disturbs the humors as a mind never at rest, always grasping, never content with what is sufficient.
Therefore I exhort you, together with your prayer, to seek first the calm of the soul. "A sufficiency," it has been said, "is both nourishment and health; but excess is injury and disease." This is true not only of food but of all earthly pursuits. If you would have your body at ease, quiet the passions that inflame it. Cast your care upon the Lord, who cares for you. Remember how Christ touched the woman with the fever, and at once the disease left her and full strength returned; she needed no long convalescence. So He is able to speak peace to your frame. Come to Him in the stillness of prayer, not only asking for the outward relief, but offering your whole self, your fears, your labors, your desires, to be changed by His grace. He turns the water of our weak wills into the wine of His own steadfastness. Let your chief desire be for the life that is in Him, the flesh and blood that give eternal health. For if the blood of animals under the old covenant could purify the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ cleanse your conscience from dead works, and with that cleansing bring quietness to your mortal body? Therefore pray, yes, but also rest in His providence, moderate your earthly strivings, and seek that peace which the world cannot give. Then, whether the pressure rises or falls, your spirit will be kept in perfect health, and very often the body follows where the sanctified soul leads.
