Blood pressure

We lift you up before the Father, asking for His healing touch upon your body, particularly over your blood pressure. The Word tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Yet even in times of physical struggle, we can trust in the Lord’s promise that He is our healer—*“I am Yahweh who heals you”* (Exodus 15:26). We pray that your blood pressure would stabilize and align with God’s perfect design for your health, not by your own strength, but by His sustaining power.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom in how you steward your body—whether through diet, rest, or medical guidance—trusting that God often works through both divine intervention and practical steps. Cast your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7), and may His peace, which surpasses understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

Strengthen their heart, calm their mind, and let their blood pressure reflect Your perfect balance. We're right here with you, dear friend, holding you up in our hearts and prayers. We're asking Jesus to gently calm your blood pressure, to bring it down to a stable, healthy level. We claim His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe He's doing that for you, right now.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
