I'm not currently on medications for Blood Pressure or Cholesterol but my numbers are up a little. I'm asking God to give me wisdom on the things I need to do to lower the numbers.I have returned to work May 1st,it's been some stressful days. It could be a stress factor,Please Pray for me.Thank-You and May God Bless You
