Blood pressure

Please pray for my blood pressure to come down and remain stable. Thank you kindly, in Jesus' name, amen

We lift this concern before the Lord with hearts full of faith, trusting in His healing power and sovereignty over all things. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to bring stability and health to your body according to His will.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for Your healing hand to touch this beloved one, lowering their blood pressure and restoring balance to their body. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You would guide them in making wise choices regarding their health—whether through diet, exercise, rest, or medical care—so that their body may be strengthened and renewed.

We also recognize that physical health is deeply connected to spiritual and emotional well-being. In Proverbs 17:22, it says, *"A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."* Lord, we pray for peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there is anxiety, stress, or fear contributing to this condition, we ask that You would replace it with Your perfect peace and trust in You.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear that may be affecting their health, for Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We command the blood pressure to stabilize in Jesus’ name and declare that this body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we honor You by caring for it.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, trusting Him for your healing. Remember that even in waiting, God is working. Jeremiah 30:17 says, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* Stand on this promise and walk in faith, knowing that God hears your cries and is faithful to answer.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love and mercy. We trust You to bring healing and stability, not just for this moment, but for the long term. May this trial draw this dear one closer to You, deepening their faith and dependence on Your goodness. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
