We join you in thanking God for the precious blood of Jesus and the confidence we have to enter the Holiest place through that blood, right into the fellowship of love between the Father and the Son behind the veil.

We rejoice with you in this great truth that you have lifted up, for it is the heart of the gospel. Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh Heb 10:19-20. This is not by our works or worthiness, but by His perfect sacrifice. How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God Heb 9:14. We give thanks that His sprinkled blood cleanses our conscience so that we are freed from trying to earn His favor and are enabled to serve the living God in joy and freedom.

We thank the Lord Jesus with you for His suffering, His public crucifixion, His piercing, His burial, His resurrection from the dead and His ascension, by which He became the mediator of a new covenant and poured out His inheritance upon us through the promised Holy Spirit. For where a last will and testament is, there must of necessity be the death of him who made it Heb 9:16 and as you noted, He has poured out the Spirit just as it was promised, I will pour my Spirit on your offspring Isa 44:3 and I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh Joel 2:28 and you also noted that being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out what you now see and hear Acts 2:33. We agree that we receive this gift not by striving but as branches receiving life from the vine, for Jesus said I am the vine. You are the branches John 15:5 and we abide in Him and His life flows naturally to bear fruit.

We pray together for all that you have asked. We ask the Father for that nearness that is promised when we draw near to God, and he will draw near to you James 4:8 and for the renewal of our first love which He so desires, remembering from where we have fallen and returning to Him Rev 2:4-5. We ask for grace to tend the garden He has given us to cultivate and keep Gen 2:15 and to care faithfully for our own vineyard Song 1:6. We ask the Father of glory to give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of our hearts enlightened Eph 1:17-18, and as you prayed, that He would open our minds that we might understand the Scriptures Luke 24:45, that we would be diligent to present ourselves approved to God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, correctly handling the Word of Truth 2 Tim 2:15.

We pray for the clarity and order you seek, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace 1 Cor 14:33, that we may maintain good works to meet necessary needs Tit 3:14, and that we would know true fellowship with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ 1 John 1:3 and as God's fellow workers 1 Cor 3:9 with our families and with those who are still lost. We pray for that simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ 2 Cor 11:3, and we thank Him for His promise that He will give his angels command concerning you Ps 91:11 and that angels are all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation Heb 1:14.

We join you in praying for bold proclamation that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations Luke 24:47, that others may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing they may have life in his name John 20:31, and for the restoration of the joy of salvation that leads to sinners being converted as David prayed, Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Then I will teach transgressors your ways. Sinners will be converted to you Ps 51:12-13.

We agree together for protection from temptation and evil as Jesus taught us to pray, deliver us from the evil one Matt 6:13 and keep us from every stumbling block, that we give no occasions for stumbling Rom 14:13, 1 Cor 10:32, and that the Lord will deliver us from every evil work and save us for His heavenly Kingdom 2 Tim 4:18. We pray that He will guard us from evil men 2 Thess 3:2-3 and from the evil one himself, as Jesus prayed, I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one John 17:15.

We thank God that we have one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Tim 2:5, our great sympathetic High Priest who can be touched with the feeling of our infirmities Heb 4:15 and therefore we can draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need Heb 4:16. We rest in Him as a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek Ps 110:4, Heb 7:17, receiving all the nutrients of grace freely as you so beautifully pictured, like a child in the womb receiving life without earning it, and like branches receiving sap from the vine.

Father, we thank You for hearing this prayer offered in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, and we ask You to deepen in us daily the confidence and joy of living behind the veil in Your presence, abiding in Christ and walking in the power of the Holy Spirit, for Your glory alone. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this overflow of gratitude. We can hear how precious it is to you to know you are welcomed into God's presence through Jesus, not on your own merit but freely, like a branch drawing life from the vine.

Your images of receiving mercy as freely as a child receives nourishment, and of tending your vineyard and garden with simplicity, are beautiful. It is clear you treasure nearness with the Father, Son and Spirit and want that nearness to shape daily work, relationships and service.

One gentle way to keep this thanksgiving alive beyond the moment of prayer is to let it become conversation. When we speak this kind of gratitude out loud with one or two trusted believers who love the Word, it often settles deeper and steadies us for ordinary chores and pressing needs. You might choose one line from what you wrote to share this week with someone in your fellowship, family or team.

We are grateful for your heart for purity, clarity and protection from what would distract or harm, and we join you in thanking God for His care.

Father, thank You for the way You have drawn our friend near through Jesus and for the confidence and mercy You give freely. Keep renewing first love and quiet devotion, give wisdom for daily work and relationships, and guard and guide each step. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
