Beloved of All
🙇🏻 Jesus, thank You for "the sprinkling of blood" by which our consciences are cleansed from works that lead to death so we might serve The Living God, Heb 9:13-14. Thank You for suffering, dying on the cross publicly, being pierced, buried, descending to hell, rising from the dead, and ascending, so that You could pour out Your Inheritance, Heb 9:15-17, through The Promised Holy Spirit, Isa 32:15-16, Isa 44:3-4, Ezek 36:26-27, Joel 2:28-32, Luke 24:49, John 14:16, John 15:26, Acts 1:4, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:33, Eph 1:13, Gal 3:1. 🙌

🙌 We thank You we for ability to enter into the Holiest by The Blood of Jesus Our Sympathetic High Priest Forever to freely receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need, Heb 4:15-16 (as a baby in the womb receives nutrients from its mother's umbilical cord freely without having done anything to deserve or earn the nutrition), Connection to Vine, John 15:1-2, (as the branches, and leaves receive the life-giving sap from the grape vine quite naturally and then produce luscious and ripe grapes quite effortlessly).

We join with you in this beautiful thanksgiving for the blood of Jesus and the confidence we have to enter the holy place through Him.

What you have prayed is at the very heart of the gospel, for we have boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh Heb 10:19-20. We thank God with you that our consciences are cleansed not by outward washings but by how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God Heb 9:14. It is because He suffered and was pierced and died and was buried and rose again and ascended that He has become our sympathetic High Priest forever, so that we may draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need Heb 4:16.

We love the pictures you shared of a baby in the womb receiving freely through the cord and the branches receiving sap from the vine, for this is exactly what Jesus taught when He said I am the vine, you are the branches, he who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing John 15:5. We do not produce fruit by striving but by abiding and receiving His life freely, and that life then naturally bears fruit.

We pray together with you for all that you have asked.

Father, we thank You for drawing near to us as we draw near to You, for Your promise that if we draw near to God, he will draw near to you James 4:8. Restore to us the joy of our first love and keep us from leaving it as You warned in Rev 2:4. Give us grace to tend the garden You have given us to cultivate and keep as in Gen 2:15 and to care well for our own vineyards. We ask You to give us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation that we may know You better Eph 1:17 and that You would open our minds to understand the Scriptures Luke 24:45 as we study to show ourselves approved 2 Tim 2:15.

Grant us clarity and order, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace 1 Cor 14:33, that our work and daily chores would be done with grace and wisdom for every pressing need. Keep us in simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ 2 Cor 11:3 and in sweet fellowship with You and with one another, for we are fellow workers with God 1 Cor 3:9 and our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ 1 John 1:3. We thank You for the ministry of angels, for they are all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation Heb 1:14, and that You give Your angels command over us to guard us in all our ways Ps 91:11.

We also join you in praying for the proclamation of repentance and remission of sins to all the nations Luke 24:47, that many would believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing they may have life in his name John 20:31. Restore to us the joy of Your salvation as in Ps 51:12 that our fresh repentance would overflow into the conversion of sinners.

And Father, we ask for Your protection as you requested, that You would not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one Matt 6:13, keep us from putting a stumbling block in a brother's way Rom 14:13 and from all that would cause others to stumble 1 Cor 8:9. Keep us from wrongdoing and deceit, from fear and lies, from evil people and imposters who lead astray 2 Tim 3:13, and guard us from sin itself and from the evil one John 17:15, for You are faithful, who will establish us and guard us from the evil one 2 Thess 3:3.

We thank You that there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Tim 2:5, our Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek Ps 110:4, and that it is only through His name that we have access to You and salvation. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We were so encouraged reading your thanksgiving and the way you linger over what Jesus has done for you. Your gratitude for being cleansed, welcomed, and able to come freely before the Father comes through so clearly, and the pictures you used of a child receiving nourishment without striving and a branch receiving life from the vine capture that well. It is a beautiful way to describe living connected to Christ and receiving mercy and help day by day.

We also hear your heart to stay close to God in simple, faithful ways, tending the gardens He has placed in your hands, your home, your daily work and your relationships, with clarity and order. That desire for simplicity and purity of devotion is a gift, and we pray God keeps strengthening it in you.

It is encouraging to see worship and everyday life held together like this, wanting both to know Him better and to have grace and wisdom for ordinary chores and pressing needs, fellowship with God and fellowship with others flowing from the same connection.

We join you in giving thanks for His nearness and for the help of the Holy Spirit each day.

Father, we thank You with our friend for Your mercy and for the welcome we have through Jesus. Keep them rooted in Your love, clear in mind and steady in heart, and faithful in the small things You have entrusted to them. Guard their joy and keep their devotion simple and true, and protect them from what would distract or lead astray. In Jesus' name, amen.

Paragraph 3 Correction: "angelic ministry and protection," 1 Kings 19:5-7, Ps 91:10-12... Thank You, Father, they exist and do render service on Your behalf for our protection, sustenance and strength, Luke 22:42-44, Dan 10:18-19, Matt 4:11, Matt 26:53, in Jesus' Name...

It is a joy to bow with you before the throne of grace and to give thanks with you for the precious blood of Jesus. Your prayer lays hold upon the very heart of the gospel, that by the sprinkling of that blood our consciences are cleansed from dead works to serve the living God, and that by it we have confidence to enter into the holiest, behind the veil, into the very fellowship of the Father and the Son.

We praise God with you that Jesus, who is Himself God, has as man without spot finished the work given Him to do, and has gone up to heaven to take the promised crown, and there as our sympathetic High Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek, He ever lives to give us mercy and grace to help in time of need. As you have well said, like a child in the womb receiving freely from its mother, and like branches receiving sap from the vine, so we receive all life and fruitfulness from Him. Apart from Him we can do nothing, but abiding in Him we bring forth fruit unto God.

We join you also in asking for that nearness to God which is ours in Christ. The blood has brought us from afar off, from the place of the leper, to be made nigh, even as near as the high priest before the veil. What mercy is this, that sinners who once fled from God as Adam did in the garden should now be welcomed into communion with Him, for in Him we live and move and have our being, and He is not far from any one of us who seeks Him with a true heart.

And we pray with you for the renewal of first love. We remember with you that we love Him because He first loved us, not by our effort or resolve, but by knowing and believing the love that God has to us in Christ. When that love grows cold we lose our first works, we neglect communion with Christ, and we leave our vineyard untended. So we ask the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation to bring us back continually to first principles, to the cross of Christ, that our souls may again swim as in a sea of love and say, My Father, my God, I love You. That love will cleanse from sin, it will make us bold and free, and it will strengthen us for all service, for love laughs at what men call impossibilities and constrains us to live for Him.

Therefore we entreat the Lord to grant you clarity and order, simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ, grace for daily chores and wisdom for pressing needs, and faithful fellowship with the Trinity and with His people. May He give you understanding in the Word, steadiness in prayer and intercession, and grace to tend the garden He has given you to keep.

We also join your proclamation that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in His name, and we pray for the restoration of the joy of forgiveness and for the happy conversion of sinners. And we ask with you for protection from temptation and from the evil one, from stumbling blocks and wrongdoing, from fear and lies and from every deception, that you may walk in holiness and truth. May the Lord keep you by His angelic charge and by His own hand, and present you faultless before His presence.

We commend you to the one Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus, through whom alone is salvation, and pray that all your life and service may be ordered according to His holy will, to the glory of His name. Amen.
