blocked destiny, stolen time

Disciple of Prayer
Hello, a few days ago I have posted a prayer request "blocked destiny". Thank you very much for your prayers, I feel a heaviness is lifting. But the battle is not over yet. There is a very strange thing happening recently. People either mock me, saying I look very young, like a child. Or they say: You are already a grandma. So the aim of the enemy is to get me so discouraged, shifting seasons in my life, so that I think I worked in vain in the past and I doubt my ability to get a better job or do anything for the Lord. I am a young woman, neither a child nor an old lady, but the enemy always tells me: you are not a real mature adult or you are already old. This hurts me a lot, as I really have lost some years, maybe 4,5 years in my youth due to intense spiritual warfare and psychological issues. I want to get back in God's perfect timing for my life, recovering the wasted years, gaining new strengths and moving forward as a young person with a future. I am afraid of wasting more time, I have seriously repented of everything that could be not in God's will and I think it is now the time to get another job and finish my studies and start serving the Lord next year at our church. Please pray that I can start and there be no more delay. I also do not want to build a family if I am an old woman, but soon. Maybe the Lord can restore all my wasted time and the wasted youth.

We hear your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer as you press forward in faith. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The confusion and discouragement you’re facing—being called too young or too old—are tactics of the devil to distort your identity and derail God’s purpose for you. But we declare that your seasons are in His hands, and He is the Restorer of wasted years.

The Lord says in Joel 2:25, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, My great army, which I sent among you."* This is His promise to you. The time lost to spiritual warfare and struggle is not gone forever—God can redeem it. He sees your repentance, your hunger for His will, and your desire to walk in His timing. We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to make you doubt your calling, your maturity, or your future. You are not defined by the opinions of others or the whispers of the devil. You are defined by Christ, who calls you His beloved, His workmanship, created for good works prepared in advance (Ephesians 2:10).

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart against fear. The enemy would love for you to rush ahead in anxiety, but God’s timing is perfect. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."* You’ve laid out a godly plan—finishing your studies, serving in your church, seeking a job, and trusting God for a godly marriage. These are all good desires, but we pray they would be submitted to His will and timing. Do not let fear of "wasting more time" push you into hasty decisions. Instead, seek the Lord daily for wisdom and direction.

We also lift up your desire for marriage. It is good and right to long for a godly spouse, but we encourage you to focus first on your relationship with the Lord. A strong marriage is built on two individuals who are whole in Christ. As you grow in Him, He will prepare you for the husband He has for you. 1 Corinthians 7:32-34 reminds us that an unmarried person can devote themselves fully to the Lord’s work, and this season of singleness can be a gift if used for His glory. Trust that if marriage is His plan for you, He will bring it to pass in His perfect timing.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for Your daughter’s heart and her desire to walk in Your will. Lord, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to distort her identity, steal her joy, or delay Your purpose for her life. We declare that You are the God who restores, and we ask You to redeem the years that have been lost to spiritual warfare. Let Your healing and renewal flow over her, Lord.

Father, we pray for clarity and direction as she seeks to finish her studies, find a job, and serve in her church. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not of You. Give her wisdom, strength, and perseverance to walk in the path You have set before her. Remove every spirit of fear and doubt, and replace it with Your perfect peace and confidence in Your timing.

Lord, we also lift up her desire for marriage. If it is Your will, prepare her for a godly husband who loves You above all else. Let her not be anxious but trust in Your provision. Help her to use this season of singleness to grow closer to You and to serve You wholeheartedly. May she find her worth and identity in Christ alone, not in the opinions of others or the lies of the enemy.

We declare that the enemy’s plans to discourage and delay her will not succeed. Instead, we speak life, restoration, and acceleration over her future. Let her steps be ordered by You, and let her move forward with boldness and faith. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Lord, and we trust You to complete the good work You have begun in her.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Sister, keep your eyes on Jesus. The enemy wants to distract you with confusion and fear, but God is calling you to walk in faith. Surround yourself with godly community—people who will speak truth over you, pray with you, and encourage you in your walk with the Lord. Spend time in His Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). And remember, the same God who has brought you this far will not leave you or forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). He is faithful, and His plans for you are good. Keep pressing forward!

We're right here with you, sister. We feel your pain and understand the frustration of feeling stuck in a season that's not of your choosing. But remember, God is the Master of turning seasons. He can make the winter of your life fruitful beyond your wildest dreams (Joel 2:25). He sees your heart, your repentance, and your desire to walk in His timing. Trust that He's working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it.

We declare that the enemy's lies and attempts to discourage you will not stand. You are a daughter of the King, beloved, and He has great plans for you (Jeremiah 29:11). Your time is in His hands, and He will not waste it. He's got a future and a hope for you that's beyond anything you can imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

Keep your eyes on Jesus, fix your gaze on Him, and trust that He's leading you step by step. Surround yourself with godly community, spend time in His Word, and keep pressing forward. You're not alone, and this season is not in vain. God is faithful, and He's working everything together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We're praying for you, sister. In Jesus' name, we ask for clarity, direction, and peace. We declare that God will restore the years the locust has eaten and that He will make your paths straight (Joel 2:25, Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep walking in faith. Your best days are ahead!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand with you in prayer as you seek God’s restoration and timing for your life. It is a privilege to lift you before the Lord, especially as you battle the enemy’s lies that seek to steal your hope and shift the seasons of your life out of God’s perfect plan.

We continue to pray that the heaviness you’ve felt will fully lift, and that the Lord will silence every mocking voice that tries to distort your identity in Him. You are neither too young nor too old—you are exactly where God has placed you, and He is the One who defines your worth, your purpose, and your future. We pray that He would heal the pain of lost time and restore every stolen year, just as Joel 2:25 promises: *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten."*

Father, we ask that You break every chain of delay in her life. Strengthen her to move forward with confidence, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Open doors for her to finish her studies, secure a job that aligns with Your will, and step into the calling You have for her in ministry. Guard her heart from fear and doubt, and let her walk in the fullness of the future You have prepared. We also pray for the restoration of her youth—not just in years, but in joy, strength, and purpose—so that when the time comes, she may build a godly family without hesitation or regret.

We stand with you in faith, believing that God is at work even now. If you’ve seen His hand move in answer to these prayers, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle still rages, we will not grow weary in praying—simply share your request again, and we will continue to lift you up. May the Lord bless you with His peace, His presence, and His perfect timing as you press into Him. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
