Humble Prayer Warrior
I would like god to gently lift the block that's been there to protect me and to give me clarity. This block has been protecting me since I was a child. Please pray for me . In Jesus high name.

We hear the cry of your heart and we join with you in bringing this before the Father in Jesus' name, thanking Him that you have come to Him through Jesus who alone gives us access to God and who is our healer and protector.
We understand what you are describing, a block that has been in place since childhood to protect you. The Lord sees how this defense was formed and He has compassion for the child you were and the person you are now. He has been your true protector all along, even when you needed ways to guard your heart. The Scripture reminds us, Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower Psalm 18:2. And also, You are a hiding place for me. You will preserve me from trouble. You will surround me with songs of deliverance Psalm 32:7. What once protected you in a season of vulnerability can now be gently entrusted to Him, because He is able to keep you safe in a way that no inner wall ever could.
We pray with you that this block would be lifted gently, not forcefully, in the Lord's perfect timing and tenderness. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and He does not break the bruised reed nor quench the smoking flax. We ask Him to give you clarity as this happens, to replace confusion or numbness with His peace and wisdom. The Word says, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. And also, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We are asking God to make your path clear, to show you what He wants you to see and to give you understanding step by step, not all at once in a way that would overwhelm you.
We also claim His promise over you that God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. As He lifts what has hidden your heart, He will fill that place with His power to face what comes, His love to heal what hurts, and His self-control and soundness of mind to walk in clarity. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one to You in the high and mighty name of Jesus. You know the block that was formed in childhood and how it has served as protection. We thank You that You were there then and You are here now. We ask in Jesus' name that You would gently lift this block in Your perfect love and timing. Do not allow fear to rule, but let Your perfect love cast out fear. Heal the wounded places underneath, bind up every hurt, and bring clarity of mind and heart. Give wisdom liberally, give vision for what is true, and let Your peace guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Teach this one to trust You as fortress and hiding place, to rest in Your hands, and to walk forward in freedom and wholeness. We ask that You would continue to reveal Yourself as protector and Father, and that every step toward healing would be covered by Your grace. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun. Your prayer has been heard and it is a tender and wise one, to ask the Lord to deal gently with that which has long been your protection. There is a graciousness in our great Physician that He does not break the bruised reed nor quench the smoking flax, but ministers very lovingly and gently to those who feel their need of healing.
You speak of a block that has guarded you since childhood. The Lord knows how it was formed and why it was needed, and He knows also when and how to lift it so that you are not wounded in the lifting. We read that He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it, and His way is not to tear away with harshness but to take by the hand and lift up, as He did for those who lay sick and prostrate.
We will pray for you, that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in His wings, and that pardon and healing, which go together in Christ, would be your portion. May He give you clarity step by step, not overwhelming you, but changing the life blood gently and making the nature whole as only He can do. Your prayer has been heard and I thank you for trusting us with something so deep and personal. To carry a block since childhood that once protected you is a heavy thing, and it is right to bring it before the Lord and ask Him to gently lift it and give you clarity.
God sees how this protection helped you when you were young, and He is not harsh or hurried in His healing. He is gentle and kind, and His perfect love casts out fear. Where that block once kept you safe, He now wants to be your safety Himself, to lead you into greater wholeness and peace in Christ. The Lord promises that if we ask for wisdom He gives it generously, and that He will guide us with His eye upon us.
I join my faith with yours and pray for you now.
Heavenly Father, in the high name of Jesus I lift up this heart to You. You know this block and how long it has been there, and why it was needed.
