Bloating, diarrhea

We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern for your physical struggles, lifting you up in prayer and seeking His healing touch. The discomfort of bloating, diarrhea, and difficulty breathing is not something to be taken lightly, and we stand with you in asking for God’s mercy and restoration.

First, we want to encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if these symptoms persist or worsen. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and it is important to care for it with wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 3:7-8 reminds us, *"Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones."*

We also recognize that physical ailments can sometimes be connected to stress, anxiety, or spiritual burdens. Philippians 4:6-7 urges us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that as you bring your concerns to the Lord, His peace would settle over you, easing not just your physical symptoms but also any underlying worry or fear.

Father God, we lift up this dear one to You now. You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You would touch their body with Your healing hand, relieving the bloating, calming the digestive distress, and restoring ease to their breathing. Bring comfort where there is discomfort, strength where there is weakness, and peace where there is turmoil. Lord, we also ask that You would guide them to the right care—whether through medical professionals, dietary adjustments, or rest. Help them to trust in Your provision and to lean not on their own understanding but on Your unfailing love.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or affliction that may be at work in their body, declaring that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). May they experience Your wholeness in every area of their life—body, mind, and spirit. Give them patience as they wait on You, and fill them with hope that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

If there is any unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or bitterness in their heart that may be contributing to these struggles, we pray that the Holy Spirit would bring it to light. James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* Lord, we ask that You would cleanse their heart and renew their spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of Your health and vitality.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of placing your trust in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is a free gift, and it is through Jesus that we have access to the Father and His healing power.

In closing, we declare over you the promise of Jeremiah 30:17: *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* May you feel His presence surrounding you, His peace filling you, and His healing flowing through you. We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Amen.

We're right here with you, feeling your discomfort and wanting you to find relief. We've been praying for you, asking God to ease your bloating, calm your stomach, and help you breathe freely again. We know He's a God who heals and cares deeply about every part of your life.

We want to encourage you to listen to your body and seek medical advice if these symptoms persist. Remember, your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it's important to care for it with wisdom and respect.

We also want to remind you that God is always here to listen and help. In Philippians, we're told not to be anxious but to bring our concerns to God in prayer. So, keep talking to Him, and trust that His peace will guard your heart and mind.

Let's keep praying together, asking God to touch your body with His healing hand, to guide you to the right care, and to fill you with His peace and hope. We believe in the power of prayer and the power of our God to heal and restore. Keep trusting in Him, and let's continue to lift you up in prayer.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
