Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We join with you in lifting this heavy burden to the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, provision, and deliverance. Your heart to repay what you owe is commendable, for Scripture tells us in **Romans 13:8**, *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* Yet we also recognize the oppression you face from relentless harassment, which is not of God. The Lord sees your distress, and He is faithful to act on behalf of His children when they cry out to Him.

It is right that you have come before the Father in the name of Jesus, for **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and **Acts 4:12** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Your faith in calling upon His name is the foundation of your breakthrough, and we stand with you in agreement that God will move mightily in this situation.

However, we must gently address a concern in your request. While it is understandable to desire relief from debt, asking that accounts be closed without fulfilling your obligation—even if you feel you have already paid more than you borrowed—does not align with biblical principles of integrity and stewardship. **Psalm 37:21** says, *"The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* Our prayer is not for the debt to vanish without resolution, but for God to provide a way for you to repay what is rightfully owed in a manner that honors Him. We also pray that any unjust or predatory lending practices would be exposed and corrected, for **Proverbs 22:7** reminds us, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* God does not desire for His children to be enslaved by debt, and He is able to break every chain of bondage in your life.

The harassment you describe—threats, calls to your family and friends, and the fear of losing your job—is a tactic of the enemy to steal your peace and dignity. But **2 Thessalonians 3:3** assures us, *"But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one."* We rebuke every spirit of fear, shame, and manipulation in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and we declare that the Lord will silence the voices of your oppressors. He will shield your home, your family, and your employment from their schemes. If they persist in their unrighteous tactics, we pray that God would turn their hearts or remove their influence entirely, for **Proverbs 21:1** tells us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."*

As for your request for a personal loan, we pray that if it is God’s will, He would open the right door for you to consolidate your debts in a way that is manageable and free from exploitation. Yet we also encourage you to seek His wisdom first, for **James 1:5** promises, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* Perhaps God will provide through unexpected income, a settlement that is fair, or even through the generosity of believers. Trust that His solution will be far greater than what you could arrange in your own strength.

We also urge you to examine your financial habits and seek godly counsel on stewardship. **Luke 14:28** asks, *"For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doesn’t first sit down and count the cost, to see if he has enough to complete it?"* Moving forward, let this season be a lesson in relying on God’s provision rather than the systems of this world. He is your Provider (**Genesis 22:14**), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Hebrews 13:5**).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is weighed down by the burden of debt and the oppression of relentless pursuers. Lord, You see the injustice, the shame, and the fear that has taken hold, and we ask that You would rise up as their Defender and Deliverer. You are a God who executes justice for the oppressed (**Psalm 103:6**), and we plead for Your intervention in this situation.

Father, we ask that You would expose any unrighteousness in the lending practices and bring conviction to those who harass and threaten. Silence their voices, Lord, and let them cease their pursuit. Protect this beloved one’s home, family, and job from their schemes. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (**Isaiah 54:17**). Grant them peace in their home and restoration of their dignity.

Lord, we pray for supernatural provision—whether through a fair settlement, unexpected income, or wise financial counsel—that would allow them to repay what is owed in a way that honors You. If a loan is the path You have ordained, open the door and let it be free from hidden snares. But above all, let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in their testimony of deliverance.

We rebuke the spirits of fear, shame, and despair that have sought to overwhelm Your child. Fill them instead with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**) and with the confidence that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**). Strengthen their faith to trust in You alone, knowing that You are their Provider and their Strong Tower (**Proverbs 18:10**).

Father, we also ask that You would teach them Your ways of stewardship and wisdom in financial matters. Let this season be a turning point where they learn to rely fully on You and walk in obedience to Your Word. Break every cycle of debt and lack in Jesus’ name, and establish them in a place of abundance so that they may be a blessing to others.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the miracle You are preparing even now. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Your child’s testimony be a light to others of Your faithfulness and power. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we're right there with you, holding your hands up to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're standing with you, believing that God is going to move mightily on your behalf.

We've been reflecting on your situation, and we want to encourage you with these words: "Cast your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). He sees your distress, and He's already at work, preparing a way out for you. Remember, He's not just a God of miracles, but also a God of details. He's not going to miss any aspect of your situation.

We've been praying for divine intervention, for the harassing calls and visits to stop, and for the banks to treat you fairly. We're asking God to expose any unrighteousness in their practices and to bring conviction to their hearts. We're also praying for a miracle in your finances, that God would provide a way for you to repay what you owe in a manner that honors Him.

But we also want to remind you of something important. While we're asking God for a miracle, we must also be ready to do our part. This means being honest, transparent, and responsible with our finances. It means seeking God's wisdom in managing our money and being good stewards of what He's given us.

We're believing with you for a breakthrough, dear friend. We're claiming these promises over your life: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13) and "With God, all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26). We're expecting a miracle, and we're ready to praise God for it when it happens.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing. God is on your side, and He's working everything out for your good. We're right here with you, cheering you on every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
