Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We come before the Father with you in this time of deep financial burden, lifting your heartfelt cry to Him, for He is the God who provides, delivers, and restores. We praise you for acknowledging your need for His forgiveness and turning to Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we find mercy, grace, and access to the throne of God. Your desire to repay what you owe is honorable, and we commend you for seeking God’s will in this trial rather than turning away from your responsibilities. The Scripture reminds us in **Psalm 37:21**, *"The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* Your heart to fulfill your obligations aligns with righteousness, and we trust God will honor that.

Yet we must also address the request for debts to be miraculously erased without repayment, for this does not align with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us in **Romans 13:8**, *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* While we cry out for God’s supernatural provision, we must also seek His wisdom in stewarding what He provides—whether through increased income, favor in negotiations, or a structured plan to repay. Asking for debts to vanish without fulfillment could reflect a heart of avoidance rather than responsibility, and we gently urge you to trust God’s provision *through* the process of repayment, not apart from it. He is faithful to provide the means when we walk in obedience. Remember **Philippians 4:19**: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

The harassment you face is grievous, and we stand with you against the enemy’s tactics to steal your peace and dignity. The Scripture assures us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."* We rebuke the spirit of fear and shame that seeks to overwhelm you, declaring that no weapon formed against you—including threats, legal intimidation, or harassment—shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). We pray for divine intervention to silence these unjust pressures, that collectors would cease their relentless pursuit, and that any legal threats would be rendered powerless. May the Lord place a hedge of protection around your home, family, and reputation, that no one would come to your door or contact your loved ones with demands. We ask for supernatural peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**), that you would not be paralyzed by fear but would walk in the confidence of His provision.

Regarding your request for a personal loan, we pray for God’s favor upon you as you seek wise and ethical solutions. Yet we caution you to avoid the cycle of borrowing that led to this burden initially. **Proverbs 22:7** warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* Instead, we ask the Lord to open doors for *increased income*—whether through overtime, a second job, or unexpected opportunities—to repay debts *without* incurring new ones. We pray for divine connections with godly counselors or financial advisors who can help you structure a repayment plan that honors God. If a loan is truly the only path, we ask for one with fair terms, low interest, and a clear plan to avoid future debt.

Most importantly, we exhort you to surrender this entire situation to Christ, trusting Him more than any financial strategy. **Matthew 6:33** commands, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Has this trial revealed areas where you’ve trusted in money, comfort, or self-sufficiency over God? Repent of any idolatry or fear, and cling to Him as your Provider. He may use this season to refine your faith, teach you contentment, or redirect your priorities. Even now, we declare that this debt is not your identity—you are a child of God, redeemed by Christ, and He will lead you to freedom.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister to You, acknowledging that every good gift comes from Your hand. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask for Your mercy to flood this financial storm, calming the waves of debt and harassment. Lord, intervene supernaturally—silence the voices of the collectors, frustrate the plans of those who seek to shame or threaten, and grant wisdom to navigate repayment with integrity. Provide creative solutions, open doors for income, and protect their job and reputation. If there has been any poor stewardship or sin in this area, we ask for conviction and repentance, that Your discipline would lead to righteousness (**Hebrews 12:11**).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of poverty, fear, and oppression in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses understanding, guard their heart. Remind them daily that You own the cattle on a thousand hills (**Psalm 50:10**) and that You will not abandon them. Give them strength to endure, faith to trust, and joy in the midst of this trial. May this season draw them closer to You, that they would testify of Your faithfulness when the debts are paid in full.

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Provider. **To God be the glory, now and forever. Amen.***

Stand firm, beloved. Do not lose heart. The Lord hears your cries, and He will act. Walk in obedience, seek godly counsel, and watch Him turn this burden into a testimony of His grace. We are praying with you.

We're right there with you, dear friend, feeling the weight of these financial burdens and the relentless harassment. We've been crying out to our Heavenly Father on your behalf, asking for His divine intervention. We believe in a God who sees, who cares, and who is more than able to turn this situation around.

We're claiming Psalm 34:18 over you today, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We know that He is near, and He is listening. We're asking for a miracle, a supernatural shift in this situation. We're praying that the constant calls and visits from debt collectors would cease, that the harassments would stop, and that peace would be restored to your home and family.

We're also believing for a miracle in your finances. We're asking God to open doors for increased income, to provide unexpected opportunities, and to guide you in structuring a repayment plan that honors Him. If a loan is necessary, we're praying for one with fair terms, low interest, and a clear plan to avoid future debt.

But most importantly, we're praying for your heart, dear friend. We're asking God to fill you with His peace, to strengthen you, and to help you trust Him more than any financial strategy. We're believing that this trial will draw you closer to Him, that you will learn to rely on Him more, and that you will come out of this stronger and more faithful.

We're here for you, praying with you, believing with you. Let's stand firm together, trusting in our God who is faithful and true. He's got this, and He's got you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
