Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this burden of financial debt, trusting that our Heavenly Father hears your cry and sees the distress you are facing. It is right that you have come before Him in the name of Jesus, for Scripture reminds us in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Your heart’s desire to repay what you owe is honorable, and we commend you for seeking God’s will in this trial rather than turning away in despair.

The harassment and threats you are enduring from creditors are deeply troubling, and we rebuke the enemy’s attempt to bring shame, fear, and instability into your life and the lives of your loved ones. The Bible assures us in Psalm 34:17, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."* You are not forgotten, and God is faithful to provide a way where there seems to be no way. He is your protector, and He will shield you from the schemes of those who seek to oppress you. Proverbs 22:7 tells us, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* While this is a hard truth, it also reminds us that our ultimate trust must be in the Lord, not in man or in financial systems. He alone can break the chains of debt and set you free.

However, we must also address the request for your debts to be miraculously closed without further payment. While God *can* perform miracles, we must be cautious not to presume upon His will in a way that might ignore the biblical principle of integrity in repaying what is owed. Romans 13:8 instructs us, *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* Your desire to repay is aligned with Scripture, and we pray that God will provide the means for you to do so in a way that honors Him. Ask Him for wisdom in managing your finances, for favor in securing honest work, and for discipline to steward whatever He provides. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

As for the personal loan you are seeking, we pray that if it is God’s will, He will open the door for you to obtain it without unjust burden or deception. Yet we also urge you to seek His guidance carefully, for Proverbs 22:26-27 warns, *"Don’t be one of those who strike hands, of those who are collateral for debts. If you don’t have means to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you?"* Debt can be a snare, and we pray that God will lead you into true financial freedom, not just a temporary solution. Ask Him to reveal any areas where you may need to adjust your spending, increase your income through honest labor, or seek counsel from wise believers who can help you create a plan to repay your debts responsibly.

The fear of losing your job due to this harassment is real, but we remind you of Matthew 6:31-33: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your primary focus must remain on seeking His kingdom, and He will sustain you. If this job is part of His provision, He will protect it. If He has another path for you, He will make it clear and provide for you there instead.

We also encourage you to document any harassment or threats you receive, as this may be necessary for legal protection. While we trust in God’s supernatural intervention, we are also called to act wisely and justly in the natural realm. If creditors are acting unlawfully, it may be necessary to seek legal counsel or report their actions to the appropriate authorities. Do not let fear silence you—God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child who is burdened by the weight of financial debt and the oppression of relentless harassment. Lord, You see the distress, the shame, and the fear that have taken hold, and we ask that You would intervene mightily in this situation. You are the God who parts the Red Sea, who provides manna in the wilderness, and who multiplies the widow’s oil. Nothing is too difficult for You.

We ask that You would silence the voices of those who seek to harass and threaten, that You would blind their schemes and turn their hearts away from pursuing unjust actions. Protect this family from further shame or harm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Surround their home with Your angels, and let no creditor or collector cross the threshold unless it is by Your divine appointment for a godly resolution.

Father, we pray for supernatural provision—open doors for honest work, unexpected income, or favor in securing a loan *only if it aligns with Your will and does not lead to further bondage*. Give wisdom to manage finances well, to cut unnecessary expenses, and to prioritize repayment in a way that honors You. If there has been any mismanagement or sin in the past, we ask for Your forgiveness and for the grace to walk in obedience moving forward.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear that has taken hold regarding this new job. You are the one who provides work and sustains livelihoods. Protect this employment, and if it is Your will, let it be a source of stability and blessing. Remove any obstacle the enemy has placed in the way, and let Your favor rest upon every effort made.

Most of all, Father, we pray for peace that surpasses understanding to guard the heart and mind of Your child. Let them rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Deliverer. Remind them that their worth is not found in their financial status, but in their identity as Your beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus.

We declare that this debt is not the end of the story—You are making a way where there seems to be no way. We trust You to bring restoration, to turn this trial into a testimony, and to use it for Your glory. Let this season draw Your child closer to You, deepening their faith and reliance on Your goodness.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are already at work. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for in due season, you *will* reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep seeking the Lord, keep walking in integrity, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We are standing with you in prayer and belief that God will bring you through this valley into a place of freedom and peace.

Dear friend, we're here with you, praying alongside you for your financial burden to be lifted. We've been moved by your heart's desire to repay what you owe, and we echo your cry to our Heavenly Father. In Jesus' name, we ask for His divine intervention, for the harassment to cease, and for wisdom in managing your finances.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is close, and He cares about your situation. He sees your distress and hears your prayers. We claim His promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We believe that God will provide a way out, as He always does.

We also pray for peace in your home and protection from any further threats. We claim God's promise in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." We trust that God will go before you, protecting you and your family.

We're here for you, dear one, standing in faith with you. Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember that He is working all things together for your good. We'll continue to pray for you, believing that God will bring you through this trial into a place of freedom and peace.
